I ran out of gas on 287 in a friends box truck I called the local Police to see it was ok for me to leave the truck on the Emergency lane While I walk to get gas. They transferred me to the state police state police ad advise for me to stay there with the Truck. They will get me gas No CHARGE. Shortly after HANNIGANS called me and asked a couple questions like what am I driving does it take gas and if I'm sureit's out of gas. They got there like 45 min later . Long story longer A man named George approach my truck ask for my name Then asked if I was sure, all I need was gas I said yes how much is it gonna cost me he told me don’t worry about it. We take care of it after I’m done pours 3 gallons of gas then walks to his truck and hits me a $183.68 invoice ! 🤦🏽 let him know I was told it was free he stated it’s only free after 3pm in any service done with a tow truck it’s 150+ . Mind you they knew all I needed was gas . I paid it and took it as a life lesson . Nothing in life is free and there’s always someone ready to take advantage of anyone in need .

While driving to Rhode Island I hit a pipe in the road which tore out my gas tank. My car lost power and I was on the Cross West Chester expressway. It was dangerous and Raoul showed up and was a total lifesaver. He safely got my daughter and I off the road. He was very professional and concerned for our safety. His co worker Jose showed up and recommended a place for repairs. This towing service was the greatest. I can't thank them enough for all they did. Simply the best!

Oh my goodness! From start to finish everyone at Hannigan's was so helpful, detail-oriented and professional. It's been weeks since I picked up my car after needing a good bit of body work from a car accident and I still find myself thinking about how grateful I am that we went with them (by referral) - my car was even cleaned when I picked it up! As a mom that meant a lot - it was on my "to do" list and never getting checked off! I don't plan on going anywhere else if we're ever in need again.

Hannigan's saved me BIG TIME after I hit some debris on 287 in NY, rendering my car un-driveable. I was en route to my sister's wedding festivities in RI and I was on a very tight schedule both ways. Hannigan's was very prompt in showing up with a tow back to their shop, getting the repair situated, and even helping me to find a rental car. Thanks to them, I wasn't late to any of the wedding events. Less than 48 hours later the repair was complete and car was ready for pickup. Hannigan's was KEY in helping to keep the repair timely and at reasonable cost. Weddings are stressful enough, so it was really nice not having to worry about an otherwise stressful car repair. Can't recommend Hannigan's highly enough - these guys are exceptional!

Had a transmission failure and needed a tow off the highway. Tom arrived very quickly and got my car off the highway with no issue. Had to get my car towed somewhere else in the morning and had no issues at all. The whole experience was very smooth and Tom was extremely accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend!

Hi, I live out of the country, and really needed the local help of Tom, the owner, with my 90-year-old old mother and her car that she damaged. Tom picked up our car after my 91 year old mother had an accident. It was not worth repairing the car, so I cannot comment on his repair service. However, Tom went above and beyond communicating with me, and even took my mothers plates to the DMV for her, cleaned out the car, and dropped all of her belongings at her house for her. He was very compassionate and supportive through the whole process!

Eddie is a literal LIFESAVER. There was something on the highway that destroyed my tire today and he came to tow the car. Not only did he put my safety first on the busy highway, he was kind enough to help me track down a tire and make sure all was good before taking my car off the tow truck. Eddie at Hannigan's saved me!! My car died in the middle of the road (bad alternator) and Eddie showed up 15 minutes after the call. He tested my battery and my alternator and then took me and my car to the repair shop. He also helped me figure out the key drop box and instructions for the shop. I am so grateful for the help and support in an otherwise stressful time. I highly recommend!! Thank you Eddie!

Usually places that tow aren’t high on my list nor would I bother rating. These guys are real deal. I am a good judge of character and they deserve the 5 stars. Kind, no bs and helpful. They towed me in an interesting situation and still 5 stars for their professionalism and kindness. I only dealt with Tom and Eddie but these guys are salts of the earth.
