I can not say enough positive things about my experience with CCM in servicing my car. CCM truly values their customers and treats them like family. The whole entire business is extremely professionally run; Lee in particular is the most accessible, understanding, accommodating and trustworthy individual who is extremely friendly as well as an overall joy to work with. I can not articulate enough how much I have appreciated all of the time they have spent in addressing my car needs- whether it's an oil change or complete body repair. In every experience I have had with CCM, they have returned my car back to me in better condition than even upon first purchasing the vehicle out of the dealership. If you are looking for a mechanic who is reliable, efficient, and considerate of costs, do not look any further than CCM. They looked after us so well. Battery was on its way out so went in to have them put in another for me. They knew the exact one to use and let me know I had come in with the wrong one. They were so speedy and accomodating. Battery was changed in no time and they gave my toddler little stickers and put on a cute tv show for him so he was happy to wait. Cannot recommend enough. Have used them several times now. This will be my regular mechanic. They’re not looking to screw you on price either.

I am extremely unhappy with the service I received here. Or, I should say, the complete LACK of service. Alex and Lee were kind over the phone when I called in about CCM being a certified repair shop to submit insurance claims through Silver Rock (via Carvana). The first time I brought my car in, they said it would take 2-3 business days to hear back from the insurance company. I had not heard back from them for a week. Every time I would call or text to ask for an update, there would be no answer/no reply. Finally I got through to them and Alex said I needed to bring the car in again because there was an issue with the odometer photograph (which by the way was a lie). I brought the car in again and we did the entire onboarding process again. After two weeks, I again heard NOTHING from them. Finally I call silver rock to ask about the claim and they confirmed that CCM never even submitted my claim or contacted them in the first place! Now, my claim has been denied by the insurance company (I used a different body shop this time) due to it being above the mileage typical for the type of repairs I am asking for. Of course I've been driving the car over the past FOUR WEEKS (!!!) that CCM has been jerking me around. I fully believe the denied claim is due to them dragging their feet and being dishonest with me.

I had called a few other places for my car inspection before calling CCM auto repairs. The other places wanted me to leave my car for the day or Schedule an appointment for another day nobody could take me same day. I called CCM auto repairs and Alex asked me if I could come down right now. My car was inspected and done within 10 minutes. The service was great I’m very happy and I will definitely be using them in the future.

It was on a cold Wednesday Evening, right before thanksgiving. It was late and I needed to renew my car's inspection. I tried 3 different places, and they all turn me down "No, its too late".. "No, it will take more than an hour.."; CCM Auto repairs was my last shot before turning back home feeling defeated. And there he was! Lee and his kind and polite manner, he not only calm me down, but took care of the inspection and paper work in 15'! Him and his crew were great and I can not thank them enough. For sure my place to go from now one, and not only to renew my inspection but for any issue I might have with my car. Thank you Lee!!! You saved me!

Poor communication and lack of professionalism. My first in-person consultation was thorough and I even received an on-the-spot inspection, which initially gave me confidence in their service. However, I was completely ghosted by Lee with no explanation. Despite several attempts and polite reaches to follow up last month, I received zero response to my inquiries. This level of disregard is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. A simple update—whether they could take on the repairs or not—would have been appreciated. (I’ve been repeatedly getting google reminders to leave a review, so I hope this finally stops them.) *Update: Lee, I appreciate your response and apology. This is Bea G with the Odyssey. I reached out persistently through multiple channels—iMessage (all delivered), voicemails to both the iMessage number and the shop, and even had a message taken down by someone named Dallas(?) when one of my many calls was answered. Given my repeated efforts over a month ago, it’s hard to believe all my attempts were entirely missed. That said, I understand things can slip through the cracks, especially when overwhelmed with work. However, from my end, it felt like I was deliberately ignored. I hope this feedback helps improve communication moving forward. Wishing you and your team the best.

Been here countless of times Lee and the team always make time for me to come in if it is really urgent and get things done as quick as possible. We have done a full change of look and feel on my Audi S5 B9 tuned my whole car, put new HREs on them, a new exhaust system, and countless of other mods. How many auto repair shops have you leaving with a giant smile on your face? I have never had this happen until today with CCM. This is a family owned business that does honest work. The owner spoke to me clearly about what I needed to maintain my car in good condition. Previously, I was taking my car to the dealer who would throw in a ton of unnecessary charges. I am admittedly not an expert in this field so I rely heavily on the advisor telling me what is needed. Sadly, I expect they will take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Here, they were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. I felt I could trust them immediately. My car was also done super fast, within 2 hours. I didn’t need a ton but was shocked at the fast turnaround. One note is I had trouble finding it so make sure to turn at the parking lot for Sam’s. I would not hesitate to return for future maintenance and cannot recommend this shop and its people enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would. This awesome small business absolutely deserves your patronage, you won’t regret it!

I went in for an oil change and the crew there diagnosed a cracked radiator. While I wasn’t happy with that information they ordered the part and two days later they replaced my radiator. The price was comparable to my google search, Alex told me it would take half a day, and that is what it took. Lee asked me to swing by a week later just to follow up. I also have my auto inspections done here, have used them for 5 years. Very pleasant, great service.

Lee and Alex (the owners of CCM) are the G.O.A.Ts (greatest of all time) of mechanics. I’ve been going to them for probably the last three years and I wish I knew about them for as long as I have owned a car. I’ve owned a lot of used cars in my life and always spent a lot of time in mechanic shops. I was never happy or confident with the work I was getting until I met these guys at CCM. It’s weird, I promote them everywhere I go. Who does that for a mechanic? It’s not easy to find a great mechanic that you trust. These guys are that good.
