Trusting and trust worthy. I've never left unhappy. ex: I needed a window motor replaced (dead), the other was moving slow. Instead of gouging me to do both, they went in, cleaned and lubricated the track on the other at minimal cost and it's still working great.

I was brought to Crystal Dreams Automotive by an employee ( Rich) of O’Reilly Auto Parts Store. He told me that Corey would take care of my car issues. The same day I was taken over to the shop, Corey took the time to bring my car in even though he was busy with other cars to look at the issue I was having. He put it up on the lift and the other 2 employees came over and helped figure out what the problem was. He gave me a price and what needed to be done. Told me to come back in a week. I came in on October 15,2024. With a short wait he had the new parts on my car and I was on my way. My car doesn’t squeak anymore and I have a new toe control link left rear and a left rear bearing. While waiting I spent time with Gretchen ( The Boss Lol) in the office and with both of their sweet dogs! Everyone is so nice and the repair job was very reasonable! I have definitely found my new car repair shop! Thank you so very much Crystal Dreams Automotive !
