I have a Ram diesel, there was about 1/2 cup of black oil on the floor of my garage after the oil change. Obviously oil from oil filter was spilled all over the frame of the truck. There is a cap for that to keep that from happening! I would think a company that changes oil would know that. It was very expensive compared to other oil changes at other businesses in the past. I will NOT return. This survey asks which service I got, this is an oil change business but that’s not even available to choose!

***Warning to anyone considering Grease Monkey for an oil change.*** After a routine service, my truck’s oil pan was damaged by their technician. The drain plug now leaks and the pan has to be replaced — a costly repair that wasn’t needed before their service. I brought it to their attention and they’re refusing to take responsibility. Not how you treat customers.

Grease Monkey never fails me! I've always had really honest, genuine interactions at all the locations but this one helped me out with a quick, last minute bulb change! They were friendly and very helpful on the phone and invited me to swing in before close to look at it. Took them mere minutes to pop the new one in and get me back on the road safely! DON’T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!! On August 29th 2025, I’ve taken my car to them to do an oil change and the technician left the coolant cap cranked open which splashed all the cooling fluid over the engine bay while I was on the highway and almost caused the engine to seize. I paid $300+ in towing in addition to my roadside assistance. The store and their corporate kept lying to me that they will reimburse me for the towing but they sent me an uncovered check that got denied! After that the corporate kept lying that they are working on resending the check for over 3 months. I gave them many chances and was patient but they kept lying.
