Just got my 2014 Cadillac ATS 2.0 back from this shop. These guys came highly recommended by another shop and rightfully so! They had my car diagnosed, (bad alternator) repaired (new alternator)!plus did a complete induction system cleaning and my car at 85k miles feels like NEW again! All this in about 6 hours! If I’d gone to the dealership it would have sat there 4-5 days before they’d have touched it. I’m so happy I found these guys!! I spoke with Chris on the phone Friday and he was very reassuring and knowledgeable and when I came in I spoke with the owner, Ronnie, who was a really good dude and told me they’d fix me right up. Car runs great! Thanks guys. I’ll be back.

My family & I were traveling through West Monroe Louisiana heading home towards Texas when my mom's vehicle broke down. The Ford dealership turned us away as well as two other shops. I contacted Carrie with culps automotive and Ronnie & Carrie told us to bring it in to them and we did & they got the repairs done within two hours & we were able to make it back home to Texas safe & sound. They were very nice & professional and very honest. I highly recommend that you use them for any of your mechanical needs, they are amazing. I rate them a ten out of ten.

I was traveling to work 139 miles from home and my pickup truck stopped blowing cold air. The automatic transmission was also shifting noticeably harder than normal. Not knowing anyone in the area to ask for recommendations, I googled auto repair shops in the Monroe area. Culp's Automotive had the best average reviews and many more than other shops. I called them and explained what the truck was doing and my circumstances. They worked with me to make sure I was able to get a rental car while mine would be in the shop. It was actually ready to be picked up the same day. They were professional and quick with diagnosing and repairing the issue. The price was fair and they cared enough to make sure I was able to get my job done while they were doing theirs. This is a fantastic automotive repair shop that I highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have never taken my car anywhere else other than the dealership. Culp's was recommended by someone and I took my vehicle in to be serviced for coolant tubes and another issue. They called and explained what was wrong in detail, provided updates as to when the parts were in and when the car would be finished. The customer service and maintenance was top tier.

I called ahead and was told they service Lexus vehicles, and the overall experience was very good. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They used Mobil 1 full-synthetic oil, which I really appreciated. The only small improvement would be to offer or ask about OEM or premium filter options, as an aftermarket (STP) filter was used by default. Not a major issue, just something for customers who are particular about parts. Overall, a pleasant experience with excellent customer service.
