From the first call I made to them, the staff was very knowledgeable, patient, and informative. They special ordered my tires since they were not in stock, came to my work to get my vehicle after letting me know my tires arrived, called me throughout the process to update me on the status, any issues or needs, and brought my car back to me at my work so that I didn't have to wait until the weekend. I called several times in between and each person I spoke to answered every question I had with patience, respect, and politeness. Definitely got a good tire purchase package and will be using Parker going forward. Would recommend them to anyone.

Bad service went to have brakes diagnosed which over the phone they said was free but when I get to the shop they try to charge me 140 dollars if they “put any tool on the vehicle”. They say they will look at it for free and come back and tried to charge me 140 dollars to clean up brake fluid under my truck to tell me the location of the leak… they also let me pull off the lot with no brake fluid in my reservoir when they could of charged me 10 bucks and filled it back up. Also I watch an old elderly couple come in and get charged the same 140 dollars just to hook up the same equipment u can go to autozone and have them hook up for free. I will not be doing any buisness with Parker from the get go this is just wrong! If u say u have a free diagnostic procedure then stick to it I would have used you guys to fix my truck but I have already brought it elsewhere and the shop I took it to laughed when I told them about yall and said they will do what u guys said u would do but without a 140 dollar fee. I understand your shop has to make money but when it’s a simple job that dosent take a whole lot of effort it shouldn’t be 140 dollar charge that’s outrageous and you guys should be ashamed!

Had my truck damage repaired, door replacement. It was a great job but my truck model emblem on the door was not replaced because, not made anymore. I still had my old one in great shape but they told me to reattach it would take to much time to attach it with proper adhesive. So I have one on one side and nothing on the driver's side. I just wanted my truck just like it was before the wreck, nothing special!

Mr Colin was super nice and professional. We took our car there for some work. We were using a warranty plan. Needless to say it didn’t work out with them but Mr Colin went above and beyond to help us with everything. He and his staff were so kind through out everything. I recommend these guys.
