Horrible! Spent 6k on a generator repair, and they never fixed the problem. Went in 4 different times on the same issue. I will never go there again!

We had a small coolant leak from our generator on our motor home. The generator is a Cummind Onan generator so we in to get parts. The parts person was friendly and they had the parts we needed in stock. Not much more to say.

Full Time RVâer, used this shop several times while visiting family in Reno. Last year is was about $600 for basic service (LOF) on Motorhome, and included inspection. Today was quoted $1400 for same service, and no reasonable explaination. Told them to skip the inspection, and just LOFâŚstill charged me over $800. Called for quotes at two other Cummins certified shops in Az, highest was $670 and included full inspection. Still plan to visit family in Reno, but will skip the stress of having any service done by Sparks Cummins.

Best experience ever! Their employee Whittney was awesome, she did everything in her power to get us in quickly, serviced, and on our way; and trust me we had some issues between the Extended Warranty company and Bretz RV to get the issue paid for.

I have a 2016 leprechaun RV with a Onan 4000 Watt generator that was not starting. I called at 7:30 a.m. on a Thursday, they were able to get me in that morning! They put a technician on it right away and diagnosed that the carburetor was bad. They had the parts in stock and were able to fix it up and I was out of there by noon. They have a nice lounge area with coffee, Wi-Fi and TV while you wait. Service department is competent and friendly. Jeff and Brent are top notch in what they do. Thanks guys Pricing is what you'd expect at a dealership but fair.

I made an appointment to have my generator serviced. I made it a month ahead of time they would service it while I wait. It took 2 hours before they even went to work on it. A total of 4 hours spent waiting when I had made a specific appointment to not have that happen. Never again unless there are no alternatives.

I had a generator installed at my home it wouldn't start. I called Cummins in Sparks. Their service technician Ron came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty regulator. He ordered a replacement. The technician who came out Kevin installed the new regulator and did a thorough inspection of the generator. Both the technicians who came to repair the generator were very professional and did a great job fixing the problem.

Absolute garbage service. They are charging $4000 to tell us that our generator doesn't work and when they pulled it out, they didn't seal the fuel line so it caused a gas leak that destroyed the flooring and they did nothing to fix it. Everytime my husband has tried to solve this issue with them he is told he will hear from the manager which he never actually does, we get blown off. They were supposed to work with our warranty to get the generator replaced and this was over a year ago. So now we are out $4000, a generator, and flooring. I feel absolutely bullied by this company and do NOT recommend them for any services!

Incredible service. Our generator went out in our 5th wheel and the team was able to help us with no appointment to help us get on the road. They went above and beyond to help us out and were some of the best people you could work with. 10/10 would recommend. Special thanks to Darcy!

This place charged my mother 1125 dollars to do a level 2 service on a generator in a Sprinter van. Claimed an hour of labor every time they touched the coach batteries. Didn't not advise inspecting & disconnecting batteries would incur a full hour every time they were touched. Another diesel shop in the area quoted an hour for the same job. Customer in front of her during checkout casually mentioned they charged him 170k for a new motor in his pusher. Would advise anyone to find alternative businesses to bring their products, if possible.

Big thanks to Gregg Davis and his staff at Cummins. We âlimpedâ into Reno a few weeks ago with reduced power and Check Engine light in our â22 Tiffin Red. One call to their center and told to bring coach in the next morning to analyze the problem. Tracy Krentz promptly ran the scanner and determined our fault code. Minutes later Jonathon was coming out with his creeper stating âI know exactly whatâs wrong with your coachâ. He confirmed we had a cracked hose supplying boosted air to the engine. âEasy fixâ but they needed a slot available to fit us in. Gregg was monitoring the progress and gave us a 2 hour window that afternoon. Edgar professionally R/R 90° fitting and Jonathon inspected work and found a broken clamp on pipe into the fitting. He replaced the broken clamp plus the other support clamp. Better than from the factory!! I only wish all the shops we visit have a team like Gregg, Tracy, Edgar and Jonathon!!

I have to state right away how outstanding the communication is with Jenny and Gregg at cummins their mechanics have been nothing short of beyond helpful and amazing. I have a track chipper thatâs been having some harness issues after it was hit by a limb. Their service tech got up to me the very next day. And got her running. Sadly this machine is not kind to itself and the repair only lasted for so long and of course I started having some def issues and I hauled it to them this time around for the repairs. They got it back out to me the following week. Not fault to them the harness was still giving us problems I spoke to them on the phone for a short while for what to check. Moments later I get a call that theyer sending a tech out to my location to see whatâs going on. He spent a good few hours with me checking it out going over it testing it while actually chipping â something they clearly canât do in their yardâ And came to a conclusion to spend a few extra bucks and completely replace the electrical harness that was damaged, this was recommended by them the first time around but I didnât need to get back up and running asap so they did it and got be running however itâs coming back to haunt the machine. Parts are ordered and hopefully get them in shortly and start working after this weekend. Again to the techs that have helped me out and the office crew yâall are all absolutely amazing at your job and service. Whoever is overseeing this dealer or owns it, I hope they know theyâve got an amazing crew keeping things rolling over there. They have my business and good word for a lifetime.
