I want to thank the young man that was so helpful to me. I don’t remember his name. I was traveling from Reno back home to Oregon and a short time realized I had a flat tire. The store was not open yet but he came to help me as soon as he got to work, changed my tire then I was able to go to his store where he checked my tire and it had to be replaced( which they did at no cost). They took good care of me and my car and I am very thankful.

Bad customer experience. I've been to several Les Schwab locations with impeccable customer service. Went their location to service a work vehicle and was greeted rudely and ask to sit and wait for another associate that could assist me.. 20 minutes later a gentleman stormed in and asked for my keys nothing more.. The location was not incredibly busy but every 30 minutes I would periodically check to see the progress on getting tires replaced.. looks like they were taking customers that arrived after me to service them so unfortunately it took them 2 hours 45 minutes to swap four tires. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location for tires ever again.

I went here to have new lug nuts installed. The customer service was great. It took about an hour since they are usually busy. They did a good job on install. The lug nuts of course showed install marks which can't really be helped but not to scratched up. Been going to Les Schwab for year's and will keep going back.

My wife's friend who is 70+ went to less schwab for a battery service and front end alignment. The alignment went well but they didn't even clean the battery posts or terminals and charged her for the service. Bad business practice. You can see the before I cleaned it after less schwab and the after I cleaned it at home. Bad job less schwab taking advantage of little old ladies.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! I brought my truck in for a lift kit install, and I couldn’t be happier with both the results and the service. Brought my car in to have the tires rebalanced as I had them balanced by Les Schwab in December/January while on a road trip and while on the trip several weights fell off the wheels. We literally saw a weight next to our car in a parking lot and found that it came off our car. We began getting vibrations at about 75-80mph and dealt with it since the car isn’t driven on the highway often. I just brought my car in to have them rebalanced as several weights fell off and the guy at the counter says “hmm, I’d be extremely surprised if one of the weights came off” I continued to explain that you can actually seem the rest of the weights lifting from the wheel and he said “yeah that would surprise me since we use a super stick adhesive”. He then told me it would be about $75 for the balancing and I wasn’t willing to pay that since Les Schwab previously did the balance and it wasn’t satisfactory. He said “mmm 4 months ago sooo” so I said I wasn’t going to pay that and invited him to come see the weights that are lifting and where the others fell off. He wasn’t willing to come take a look so I left and will take my business to Reno tire pros where I should have went in the first place. If you can’t guarantee your tire balancing for 4 months you probably shouldn’t try telling me it’s pretty much impossible for one to come off and then not take the chance to walk outside and look at the lifting weights and where the others fell off.

This place is great. I pulled up on a busy Monday morning with a flat tire and these folks repaired the tire and put it back on within an hour. Melinda, Toby and Isaac were helpful and got me back in the road. I will be buying new tires from this shop when the time comes.

I was traveling through and needed a spare tire replaced, the service was absolutely top notch. The young lady at the front counter was super helpful and friendly, and when she asked one of the guys in the back if it was possible to get me taken care of quickly, he came out immediately and grabbed the tire. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Great people, wonderful service, couldn't have asked for better. Huge thanks to the team at Les Schwab!

If I could give zero stars I would. My car was struck while under their care. At pick up the blonde woman at the front tried to tell me I had brought in my vehicle that way, I then asked to speak to a manager and she gave Nathanael my information and said they would call me back. Nathanael the manager said they would be taking care of the bill as it happened while they were providing a balance and rotation to my tires. He said that after speaking to his crew they did in fact notice that the car did not come in damage but ended up so in between services. I tried several times to contact their team to provide estimates and kept being told Nathaneal was not in so I went through my insurance, Nathaneal was informed of this and said that they would then work it out with them. It is now six months since the accident and I was left high and dry with the bill as they refused to answer any of my insurance calls or take ownership of the damage caused. They also claim it was a hit and run by another vehicle, but after taking it to High Tech Collision the repair team all agreed the damages resembled that of them backing up to something smaller than a vehicle. I will provide pictures so you all can be the judge of it as well. I’m honestly so distressed and feel robbed and taken advantage of. Avoid this place like the plague, they will damage your vehicles and play dumb afterwards. I am now left to seek legal counsel because they refused to take care of any damages.

Schwab and their crew on prater way in sparks was more than fair and did great work would recommend to all my friends and neighbors.. The Toyo AT3 day mounted on my truck are the best tires I've ever had.. They gripped the snow and iced like it was dry pavement Thank you to all the employees that made my day AT the les Schwab in sparks Nevada on east prater way!😉

I never leave reviews, but I'm so upset by my treatment at Les Schwab today, everyone should be aware. I have come to this particular store for 20 years. I have purchased multiple sets of tires for my husband, four children and myself. I have brought all my vehicles over the last 20 years to this shop. Today, my son found the lug nuts cross-threaded from them not hand tightening before they used the impact driver. So when he tried to loosen the lug nuts, the stem broke off. No one has touched this vehicle since I brought it in for brakes five months ago, but Les Schwab refused to cover the repair which was only $200 to replace all four broken stems. Nathaniel (the original manager who was in charge 20 years ago) and Dwayne (the manager after him) both would have taken responsibility for this mistake. The new manager, Sammy was right there as I was treated by Nathaniel like I was trying to pull a fast one even though I had not only pictures but also the stripped lug nuts to show the evidence they were incorrectly tightened. Those who know can see in the picture that the lug nut was cross-threaded. And it was all four stems so that's obviously done without hand tightening first. For a $200 repair (quite a deal for four broken stems-thank you Clay at Motor Menders) that they should have covered, they have lost a loyal customer and all the business I and my substantial sized family give for the future. Poorly done, Sammy. Shame on you, Nathaniel. You have shown that your slogan "Doing the RIGHT thing" left your shop when Dwayne did.

Being new in Nevada I didn't have a place to go when I got a nail in my tire. I went to Les Schwab and met Roman at the counter and he took care of my flat and also rotated my tires at no charge. The technician's name was Jason and he came to ask me exactly where I wanted the tires and which one I wanted put back in the trunk. Great customer service and I'll be a customer of theirs for life.
