Great deal, took my own tires there to get installed after calling 6 other places, Costco was over half as cheap and extremely quick

After service sucks! If you want to wait for more than 2 hours just to replace or rotate your tires this place is for you. If you value your time look somewhere else.

The road hazard, rotation and mounting is now included in the price. When you do all the math and include the 5star service.. this is the best deal $$

Lied to my wife about remaining tread on tires. Lied to my wife regarding warranty ‘conditions’. Reporting as scam under guild lines from the BBB regulating warranties/insurance/coverages. Do not buy from any costco location. Ever.

I had an irreparable flat happen while shopping. I needed a whole new set. Even though they didn't have the size I needed, they helped me out, aired my tire up so I could go to another shop.

Shane and Jason were so helpful in helping me choose tires. I don’t know Jack about this stuff and they made it a breeze. The price was great too because they don’t tack on extra fees or installation charges!

It took Costco 2 hours to get to my car, at which point they then informed me they broke the lug post so I would have to take it to Les Schwab to get it fixed. I took it to Schwab, had great service, and then took it back to Costco the same day because I was promised if I got back there within the day they would give me priority and I would be first in line. I got back there and nope! Costco said sorry I have to wait tat the end of the line again and it was another hour and a half until my car's tires were rotated. I had priced out Costco vs. Schwab when I bought the tires and Costco was less so I went with them. However, next time I will be going with Schwab for sure. I will gladly pay Schwab extra because Schwab's customer service is amazing! And Costco's is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, especially from both Sean’s! My install needs changed last minute and this team was very adaptive to each curveball. After misunderstanding the terminology, I gave them incorrect information that lead to more work on their end. They were very kind and patient as they rolled with the punches and walked me through the process. Great crew, highly recommend.

Bought/ ordered tires, Guy told us couldn't repair flat even though told nite before they could but didn't have time to put on so went back in the morning. And that was when we were told couldn't repair, something called ring of fire. Even though we had purchased previous tires there, were told wasn't covered under road hazard warranty. Had to buy 4 new tires. 1 week out asked if I could make appt. Told no not until tires come in. Also told 5-7 days to get tires, had them in 2 but by that time bought elsewhere.

I have used Costco exclusively for tires for over 30 years. Never a problem. Always ready to do the rotation and balancing in a timely manner. Just 2 weeks ago bought new BFG tires. Same model got 86,000 miles!!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! --------------------I never heard that I'm not a mechanic more times in a tire shop in my life. Worst tire experience I have ever had. I took a Tesla Model 3, and had Michelin X-ICE tires installed. After the install the car Would not drive more than 3 miles without traction control errors and TPMS errors. When trying to seek help to fix this, they told me I had schedule a new appointment instead of trying to fix or even look at the tires and/or issue. The next day I had an entirely flat tire and a very loose valve stem. I took the tires and car back. Since they could not fix the tires and errors, we had to put the old tires and wheels on the car. ----------------------I would never trust any car particularly a higher end car like a Tesla with the Tire shop.

Dropped my car off at 10 for the appointment, went to pick up around 11:45. Upon my arrival I took a look at my car in the tire shop parking. Immediately I noticed tire lube all over each wheel and tire, as if they didn’t even bother to clean it off before completing the job. I then looked at the right rear wheel and was surprised to see one of the $100 Audi hub caps missing from the wheel. Went inside and was given the cold shoulder immediately by the guy behind the counter. When I asked “what happened to my hub cap” he simply replied with it must have been broken or missing before it came in.(not possible) He then handed me my paperwork and told me to have a nice day with no answers. Went to upper management seeking an answer and solution with no avail. Other than I have to replace it myself and bring them a receipt and hope they’ll reimburse me for the hub cap. Ultimately if you have a car you care about don’t bring it to these guys. I’m lucky I only let them touch my cheap commuter car. You’ll have better luck letting a 4 year old change your tires for you. This tire shop has lost my business and has made me realize how much better a place like les Schwab really is, even with the higher tire prices.. You really do get what you pay for.

Took 2 and a half hours to plug a single tire under warranty. Was quoted roughly an hour and a half wait. At hour 2 when I asked them about an update I was told that they were "just balancing the last tire, it should only be a few minutes". Well a few minutes turned into another half hour. All to plug a tire that was leaking air from a nail. It took the same location only an hour and twenty minutes to install 4 brand new tires. I saw the car on the lift about 30 minutes after I dropped it off, hard to say how long it had been up there before I went to check. That was at 4:30, keys weren't handed back until just before 6:30. I would avoid this shop unless you have an entire day to kill.

The tires they sold me got "uneven wear" and voided the warranty after only 24k miles. With regular rotations, they somehow didn't catch this until it was too late and they won't honor the warranty.

We were on a trip and lost a tire. They were Michelin’s purchased at a Costco. They didn’t have Michelin’s in stock but did have BF Goodrich in my size. So I purchased a set instead of just the one I needed. We were the first customers there on Monday morning. Was told 1 1/2 hours would be the wait. Took from 10:00 three hours 1:00 to get them installed. A little slow!!! The service technician couldn’t figure out how to install my spare, so I did it. Even worse they left my Center caps loose and I lost one out into the desert while driving across I80. I’ve bought several sets of tires at other Costco’s, I will never go back to the Sparks store. What a joke. Hire someone that knows what end of a wrench to hold.

Took my suv for rotation and balance, it seemed like I was the last appointment for the day because I checked at 530pm and right before 6pm my vehicle was ready. I left the tore shop parking pump gas at the costco station and when I got home I saw the dents on the drivers door, I went back to the store as I live 5 minutes away but the shop was already closed. Return the next day and when I show the manager Travis he right away said that it didn't look like something they could have done, (even though the dents still had the black marks from the tires). But told me they were going to looks at the surveillance recordings. To make ot short they had me do a statement and send it to their insurance company just for them to say the same thing, mind you they never agree to show me the surveillance videos where they claim they saw that no damage was done to my vehicle.

Service has gone downhill and we will no longer be buying our tires from Costco. No reasonable plan for a customer that has a flat or emergency. They cannot get on the same page what their policy is to help with an emergency. Basically, they’ll get to you if they have any availability and no soon appointments for emergencies. Prior, they also gave me a “new “ tire that had a chunk of rubber cut out. They can’t keep good employees and are understaffed. Poor management. 👎🏼 unfortunately we wasted a lot of time on them. Big O Tires got us taken care of and back to work!

I will start off with the good stuff. Overall the staff was friendly. The prices of the tires was $200 dollars cheaper then competitors which is pretty decent. Now for the ugly part. I had an appt at 530 I checked my car in at 515. I was told my car would be ready by 630 and that they would call me. 645 rolled around and I hadn't heard anything. I stopped by at the counter and they politely told me that it shouldn't be too much longer and that they would call me. Waited in the food court till 8 Costco closed at 830. Went back to the counter and asked about my vehicle and the service member said "sorry bro totally forgot to call you your car has been done for a while." Absolutely ruined my night. Saving money is great, but not worth losing my time I will be going back to Les Schwab.

No wonder why you have 2 stars! 🚫⛔️🚫⛔️ I thought Costco in general was a great place. Definitely not the tire center‼️ Had a screw in my tire on a Saturday night. I took it to Costco Sunday. Three of them tried to take my tire off and could not for about an hour. (They watched the video and was told this via phone ) The next day, I go to Les Schwab to have them do it. Within 5 mins, they called me and told me someone had messed up the tire bead prior to them taking it off. IT NEEDS A NEW TIRE‼️! Costco tires had ruined my tire. I call to explain this to them. Warren, the supervisor, said he needed to look over the video. (Oct 16) Warren also wanted me to drop off the tire so they can inspect it. Dropped it off Oct 17. Dropped off to Scott. They clearly do not deny having multiple people try to take the tire off. One guy even called me back and said we don’t have the right equipment. Well if that’s the case, why did you even try⁉️ Ruined my tire. After speaking with Scott, he blames it on who ever installed the tire prior. I ask him if it was installed like this, how much time would it be until the issue started leaking or will make the tire flat⁉️? He said, within the week the tire would come off and it would be bad‼️! The tire looks brand new. It is. But it was installed approximately 3 years ago. I do not drive the car much and maybe have around 500-1000 miles on the tires. He assumed the tire had just been installed. But he doesn’t know that the tires were installed approx 3 years ago. After I explained this to him. He then comes up with more lies. The crazy thing is, Scott tells me, he can order the tire 🛞 ,that I will need to pay for, but can’t do anything with it because they can’t install the tire. So why would I want you to get the tire, Scott? Les Schwab pointed out that Costco tire center ruined my tire prior to touching my tire. 🛞. Now I am out $3xx for a tire that your “shop” ruined. It would have been nice of you all to just call me immediately after knowing you didn’t have the equipment or know how to do the work then to have wasted my time 🕗and money. Go to Les Schwab tires instead. Look at your 2 ⭐️ ⭐️ star reviews. What a joke these guys are. Look at the pictures. Truly, thanks for nothing!
