I have a problem truck I inherited which I've taken to this shop 3 times now. Every time they've been super helpful, and have helped get this truck back in to running condition. Like others have said, the staff are especially nice and respectful here. I've dealt with almost all of them now and they're all a pleasure to work with. The technicians are also all very respectful. They aren't the type of shop where you never see or talk with the techs. They're more than happy to come to you and give you more details on what's going on if needed and provide recommendations. Overall this is a great shop and will recommend others to come here as well.

Came here after 5 on a weekday with a tire that I wasn't sure could be repaired. Pulled in expecting to have to replace all 4 tires (all wheel drive) due to the one tire that had a hole. We brought my wife’s Jeep here for a headlight repair and paid about $300. When we picked it up, both headlights had been altered and aimed so far downward that they barely illuminated the road, and the light that was supposed to be fixed failed completely shortly after. The shop told us it wasn’t their problem; corporate gave the same response. We then took the Jeep to a dealership, paid another $300, and the issue was corrected properly on the first visit. Based on this experience substandard workmanship and refusal to stand behind it, I recommend avoiding this location and taking your vehicle somewhere that will do the job right. Two thumbs down..

The service was professional, and efficient. However, I noticed they didn’t refill the windshield washer fluid in the front of my car. It’s a small detail, but taking care of that would make the service feel even more complete. Overall, still a very good experience!

Took my car to get serviced for a major power steering leak, all four tire replaced and an alignment. When I took my car before the alignment my steering wheel was straight and there was no pulling to the right nor the left. When I got my car back the steering wheel was turned to the left to go straight. I told them and they said it had to due with the rack and pinion serviced at the other shop I had mentioned before dropping it off and the tech at Pep Boys found a minor leak. So I took it to the other shop and had warranty and got that issue fixed. I then took it back to Pep Boy's because the steering wheel was still off alignment. I got it re serviced and now its SLIGHTLY to the left. And it PULLS to the right when the steering wheel is straight. And now I also have oil stains on my cloth seats. In the driver side that were never there before. I also left my receipt and all the work that was done on paper in my car from when I first got it back and now that I picked it up today this second time its missing and not in my car.

I came in to check why my brakes were squeaking. They put my car up, took the wheels off and even allowed me to see the brakes myself. They used some air to blow out some brake dust and ever since they haven’t squeaked. The techs were super nice and even the manager lady was nice as well. I’ll be going here in the future for any repairs I need!

I don't recommend pep boys for service repairs. I called for an appointment and was told to come by at 2:30pm. I arrived and couldn't figure out how to enter as the doors were "locked" but they were all broken and I had to go through the garage. I was then told to wait it was a 3-4 hour wait. I asked if there was another time and was asked if I wanted to make an appointment, which I thought I did. I was told the next day at 8am. I arrived and the woman didnt knowledge me. I was asked questions about what needed repaired. I needed a headlight and a tail-light replaced. I was quoted over $700. I asked "seriously?" And was told that the "LED lights are super expensive." I reluctantly agreed and told it would be 1.5hr wait because of the "wiring". I get it but holy crap. So we wait and it's apparently it's a text message that they are done. So after a little over an hour, it's done. The woman told me that they were able to "reduce the price because it wasn't the LED light." They still charged my over $500. Only after I paid and given the breakdown did I see that I was charged an hourly rate for one light of $197 which resulted in almost $250 becauce of the 1.5 hours I had to wait and then a second charge of another hourly rate of $137 for the other light. Both lights were $135 and of course tax. So I was charged for two hourly rates improperly. I was just so angry and I hate confrontation so I just left. This is why people think mechanics are crooks.
