I love this shop! I've done business with them about there years. They are the most affordable in pricing by far. Giovanni and Vinny are professional, respectful and most importantly, I trust them. Most shops will try to upsell you and have you paying for unnecessary repairs, these guys are upfront and transparent. Wish my healthcare provider was as honest as them 🤷🏾♂️

Poor Service. I wish I could give a negative score. Before taking the car to their shop we never had an issue with the check engine light. On the drive home from getting the car back the check engine light came on. Called the shop and they said they have nothing to do with that and they could recommend a shop for us to take it to but we would have to pay out of pocket. How sub par is this shop they can't fix a simple check engine light. My previous experience with a different /better shop was they cleared the codes and kept the car to drive and make sure no codes came back but reassured us that if they did they did come back they would take care of them My experience was bad with this shop. I would recommend going to a shop recommended by somebody or at least one you have heard of.

My 2013 Ford Fusion got rear ended. They had the parts ordered quickly and when I dropped it off they had it back in 4 days! You'd never know the the rear end of my car wasn't factory that is how good of a job they did. Hope I never have to deal with another collision again but if I do I know who I'm gonna use.

Giovanni and his crew are amazing. I was referred to Golden Legacy Collision by Nationwide Insurance. From the minute I walked through the front door I was treated with dignity and respect. Since moving to Reno in Feb 2018, I have experience the most dishonest people, dishonest companies and truly disheartening experiences that it made me question the area I chose to move to. So, I was apprehensive at first, mostly because it was someone else's insurance company footing the bill and my experience with local companies has not been the best. Not only did they repair my vehicle and it looks better than when I bought the car, they also gave a comprehensive list of the other items that were wrong with the car. The part that I am truly amazed with, it wasn't just an upsell for their company, it was to insure that my family and I were in a safe vehicle. They provided pictures and an explanation that was in a language that I could understand. Not the jargon that you would get from a "dishonest used car sells person". I was provided a date of completion and was kept informed daily with my cars progress. They also made it simple when getting my rental car and returning it. Golden Legacy goes above and beyond, I WILL ALWAYS use this company for my automotive needs and will recommend Golden Legacy to everyone I know. Giovanni, Stephanie and their crew run an amazing operation! My truck got into a minor fender bender/side swipe along with a damaged headlight. These guys ordered the OEM parts right away, provided me with an update every few days on the progress, and best of all had it completed ahead of schedule! They go above and beyond to keep all of their customers happy and they do truly REMARKABLE work! Clean, efficient and very professional.
