Update: I went back for an oil change and had and issue with my car after. The staff went above and beyond to identify and fix the problem, same day. Great customer service! I went for a smog check and they were quick and very polite! Will definitely come back!

I would not trust this place with your car. I’ve had two similar experiences where they’ve lied to me. I recently brought in a “new to me” car that was obviously a little low on power steering fluid and coolant. I specifically asked for these to be topped off, which they said they “top off all fluids.” These were marked on the form as topped off, but they absolutely were not. They also said my air filter was good, until I looked on the underside and it was full of debris and dirt(they probably didn’t have one in stock to sell me so they lied about that too). Will not be returning and do not recommend coming here!

These guys are the only place I'll be taking my car for oil changes and other quick procedures in the future. The staff were incredibly friendly and informative of all that they did. I got an engine flush, oil change, smog test and new registration within 45 minutes. Not to mention, they're SUPER cheap! To top it off, one of the techs even fixed this exhaust rattle caused by a loose heat shield that had been driving me insane for weeks at no extra charge. Great facility!

I love this car wash. Affordable, Drive through, Fast and they give you towels and have vacuums so you can finish up when you're done. They do a good job, just wish they had a tire shine option.

I have been coming to this location for years. After today's experience and my experience 2 weeks ago when I came in for a smog, I will no longer support this business. This business has really gone downhill. Work ethic and professionalism is tacky and uncalled for. On my last 2 visits the employees both sat around and And continue to talk even after they seen me pulling in. I understand they may have recommendations for stuff that needs to be replaced or taken care of, however, being pushy and persistent is not the way to go about it. When he told me he recommended that I replaced my windshield wipers cabin filter and air filter I told him I can do that all on my own. That was when he told me that I have had them change out my cabin filter which never once did I give them permission to do that. Today as I was waiting while they were doing my oil change there were customers ahead of me and One of the guys who happened to be in the Bay whether he was on the clock or not was messing with this other customer's vehicle and the customer yelled at him to quit touching his vehicle. So during my paid very close attention to the employees 3 of them were just standing around talking and getting on their cell phones they weren't doing nothing. The business started to get busy with plenty of people coming in. Not once from the time that I pulled up to the time that I left did anyone ask me how I was doing or thanking me for coming in to have services done. The guy in the 2nd picture with the white T-shirt and the vest if hes an employee but not on the clock he should not be in the Bay talking to people. And the people who are on the clock should be doing their job working it's what they get paid to do.

Generally, I have good service, the guy with red beard is always nice. 3/23/24 I got an oil change, ya get what you pay for, it was reasonable, but when you're told something was filled or topped off you expect that it was done...never a reason to check it out, but this morning, a week later, I needed my wipers, and NO fluid! Frustrating!!! I may just start paying alot more and go to a mechanic!

Came to get an oil change, in and out within a half hour, drove a couple miles down the street to get lunch. When I came back out to my car it started right away but the minute I let off the gas it would die. I called and spoke with John and he immediately sent someone to my location. The mechanic, Frankie, was very professional, genuinely sympathetic, found the problem within a few minutes, a loose hose. You guys know what customer service is all about! Thank you so much!

I have been getting oil changes here for over ten years. I stayed with them for their professional service. But, the management must have changed. Last time I was there, they were throwing around the f-word. Yesterday, initially the stereo was blasting. They staff was harrasing each other loudly which turned into a full water fight with a hose in the service bay area with my car in it. I had to enter the bay and tell them to knock it off. They did fortunately. One guy was vaping. They kind of tried to pull it together, but were not about customer service. These two experiences were enough for me not go here anymore.

I love the smog reviews here complaining they failed cuz the check engine light is on, smogs are to make sure your cars running correctly, if your check engine light is on that means your car isn't running correctly so your at fault for ignoring it. Also DMV specifically don't allow smog techs to tell you you're going to fail unless the customer asks first. So if your mad go talk to DMV otherwise sucks to suck

They put the wrong gasket on my drain plug and oil was leaking everywhere. Took it to the dealership for diagnostic which cost me an extra $260. Appreciate it.

Rude! I arrived this morning, the technician 67513 approached my vehicle and asked what I needed. I stated smog and registration, he asked for my zip code. After the technician returned to the office, post smog test he asked if I needed anything else. I was charged for the smog test and the I asked about the registration, thinking it may be a separate transaction. He responded “that’s why I asked if you needed anything else!!” In a rude and condescending manner. I apologized for the misunderstanding, he grabbed my debit card and stormed out of the office, slamming the door against the wall. He was clearly furious for no reason and I can only imagine how he would have handled a more difficult customer interaction. I won’t be back.

Had a horrible experience came in for a smog and the inspector E00000067513 per his photo in the office was extremely disrespectful. I didn't understand what he was asking as english is not my first language he starts to mumble racist slurs under his breath loud enough for me to hear. will no return here and will not recommend this place to anyone who doesnt speak good english this is not the first time this guy does this. Many family and friends of mine comes here and a handful can say same guy has made remarks. Enough is enough.
