Awesome shop with a great group of guys working and running the place. They solved my smog issues and got my Toyota running better than ever. Recently I had an issue with my Audi and thought I had a major problem so I brought it down to Allen’s on a tow truck Will at the front desk happens to be an Audi enthusiast and He saved me from some major heartache and had me back on the road in minutes. Honestly I had gone to a couple other shops in Sparks and was turned away for a battery replacement. I remembered having seen Allen's Automotive hundreds of times from the highway and took a chance. Stopped in and was told "yes, we can take care of that." The battery did have to be ordered, but showed up relatively quickly was installed and I was back on my way without having to reset anything electronic.. Rly good customer service, fair and honest. I want to add a correction to this because they quoted me for $10,000 for a new transmission for a 2017 Ford Escape. I traded it in got a brand new car but I looked around to see other Shop prices and other Shop prices were saying $4,000 to 7000 Allen Automotive will rip you off. Went in for an oil leak said they fixed it ended up leaking literally the day I drove it off their lot not to mention they refused to fix the old transmission kept saying I have to buy a new one. They are just as bad as Co Auto Co Auto will 110% rip you off

Several months ago I bought my dream car, a nice 2009 Lincoln Town Car, one of the last old school, American made, luxury cars. The battery connections were atrocious, so I bought some new battery connectors and asked the people at Allen's automotive if they would replace the connections and fix the bear wire issues from the cables coming out of my battery. Allen's automotive did a absolutely beautiful job on my battery, I couldn't be more pleased with the service, not only for my car, but also, on a personal level, the customer service was most excellent ! Really really great service. I went in for a noise issue and they couldn’t hear it, they thought maybe I was hearing something that involved the coolant so they filled it up for me. And it fixed the whole problem. Easy. I ended up getting some work done on my breaks which I needed to do anyway. Great price for the amount of work they did plus Justen was so patient with me and was very knowledgeable. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks and will see them with any future problems.
