Can’t speak for the quality of their work, but i’m shocked at the poor customer service. Came here on a recommendation from my mechanic. Confirmed my insurance with them twice before making the hour long drive, only to be told upon arriving that they no longer work with my insurance. No apology for misleading me, just a very rude interaction with Matthew. Not only did they lose me as a customer, they lost a big pipeline of auto bodywork.

Stay away from this place if you value your vehicle. By far the WORST experience ever with a car. Three months and two trips and I STILL had to take my Jeep to another shop to get it done right. Unprofessional. Falsely advertises affiliations. Awful experience. I posted disparaging reviews and instead of disproving the allegations, they make ridiculously overdramatic comments about ME and blame ME for having a bad experience at the shop. Further proof of the mismanagement and disregard for YOU the consumer. The Estimator named in previous reviews- is as they all say, very rude and unprofessional. It was so bad that State Farm sent their own Adjustor out to check his work before signing off on the repair. Now, because of their shotty work- they refuse to provide any documentation that they EVEN attempted to fix it a second time.

Took my 02 F-350 to Steves, hit in right front. Got it back and the wheel was still bent in at a 10 degree angle, hub cap missing, high note horn not working, hood light hanging from hood, block heater cord tucked away in bumper could not get out, hood still bent in on corner, vacuum pump not working, nuts missing from vacuum canister, info label missing, wiring harness not installed properly, A/C discharge hose still bent into radiator. Bottom line, Poor workmanship!!

i had great experience with this great people! i got hit and run and the next week i took it to them and within two weeks i got my car back! then did quick walk around i noticed curb rush on my wheels that was there before when i drop it off. i called them back told them about the curb rush and they look at it, took a pictures on the curb rush after that drop the wheels and they took care of it and got it the next day!!!

My first time in a car accident, referred here by Progressive. After reading the posts I am shocked to hear that so many Insurance Company's utilize their service. My Van was there for 11 days and when I picked it up they didn't even fix the most obvious issues. I notice scratches, extra dings and other color paint(pink and white) all over. There was white powder left behind in by back seats, the main repairs were done so half ass, my steering wheel/tires do not align, looks as if I am missing a motor mount, cracks in my A arm... the list goes on and on, the van now drives worse then it did right after the accident! I am now having to take the vehicle back so they can re-inspect from the car accident and/or fix their oversights and mistakes. The only thing I can say is they do warranty all their work, but it is a hug inconvenience on many people to be out of a car, and work around their schedule. They also matched the paint perfectly, so I guess if you need paint work you might have a better experience.

If I could I would pay everyone to NOT come here. They had my car for 6 weeks and I only received update/progress calls from them twice and even then it was only because they had a note that I wanted an update. Quoted me dates when my car would be finished multiple times that were wrong and I would just never hear from them that plans had changed and it would be pushed back. They told me the wrong date for when my part would arrive and I knew it was supposed to come a week earlier since I had personally talked to the parts department about my order. I don’t care that they had my car for a long time and the part was back ordered. I care that I got ZERO updates unless I called often and asked for a call back. This was probably one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had, not because they were rude (they were pleasant) but just entirely incompetent at communication.

Can't say enough good things about Steve's Collision Center. I'm a Turo owner, so my situation was complicated after my renter was in an accident. The staff was very accommodating, kind, helpful, and I even got the car back to me faster than quoted. The car looks great and is back in business. If you're unfortunately in an accident, I highly recommend. I called several other shops who didn't understand or offer any help to meet the time requirements of Turo or work with my schedule. Customer for life.

My beloved 2022 Toyota Sienna van was scraped on a curb to where it tore apart the front passenger bumper bottom corner. Steve's Collision handled everything including facilitating a loaner covered by my insurance. Jacob kept me informed every step of the way. He also made sure the job was done to his standards, which I must say are quite high! It came out perfect. He is also co-ordinating a new clear bra being installed with another vendor. Kim at the front desk is extremely professional and seems to genuinely care about customers as well!

I think the word would be called Bullying? So long story short I had to take my vehicle here because someone else hit my vehicle and this came recommended. First red flag was no follow ups and unable to get calls through so had to result to email, then reached Kim which I’ll be honest THE BEST part of my interaction with this company and sweet as can be so thank you, but when the ball was handed off for follow ups it was dropped numerous times unable to determine the completion of my vehicle having me constantly juggling my work schedule which for some it’s hard, second red flag. Now the last was my favorite, I come in today to be hit with a fee I was educated about because the call I did get was “we will replace this don’t worry we got you” no money discussed what so ever. They will state the insurance company is supposed to call you and let you know but it looks like they use the same phones hahaha. This is where things took a turn when I was hit with the surprise bill and prolly acted like everyone else would with a few F bombs leaving my mouth but quickly recanted and apologized in order to find solution, that’s when I was met with intense attitude from an individual named Jacob as I was aware he was not paying attention to anything that was going on was treating me as I was just a crazy customer and discarded everything I was saying and tuned out completely and walks away. With my distrusted I refused to leave the rental in their care and returned my self and got a ride back to the collision center where I was met with a second interaction, I grabbed cards to leave a proper review and realized I had to do a walk through for the insurance and parties involved and our favorite person Jacob was the only available to help me which with our previous interaction I was extremely uncomfortable I requested to have someone else do my walk through and this was no problem, until Lawrence the manager even I requested not to work with this individual disregard that and stated “I asked him to be here” even though I expressed my discomfort, lord help me if I was a woman, anyway the lack luster walk through was met with a very low performance of the manager taking the employees side and constantly bating me into uncomfortable responses with the individual present as he scampered to read the report to see what actually happened to my vehicle when he discovers that this accident was indeed not my fault and then acted like a manager and seen where my frustrations where coming from and then proceeded to find common ground with me, which I repeated I apologized to Kim for raising my voice and cursing to just be met with no resolution. I know this will probably get passed over, but this left an insane bad taste in my mouth. You don’t treat customers like this and you absolutely don’t treat humans like this.

I was rear ended by a truck some time ago. The first shop I took my car only fixed the bumper and not the trunk lid. They barely spoke a word to me. Then told me everything was good when the trunk lid would not be fixed. I then brought my car here and service here was far better at than that other shop. The service rep actually talked to me. Saw that the truck lid was damaged…and fixed it.

BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! Steve’s staff is amazing and the work they put in is really meaningful. They stay communicative with you and answer all the questions you have. They care about you and vehicle. The damages on our vehicle were extensive and they were able to bring back what most shops couldn’t within a respectable time frame. We were involved in an accident where we got rear ended and the damages were enough for a total out. Steve’s came through on repairs and were able to give us our car back. When insurance companies weren’t willing to work with us Steve’s did. I highly recommend this place, you receive the best care for your vehicle and kindness and compassion from their staff.
