Small, unassuming, and out of the way auto repair shop. Very professional, friendly, accommodating, excellent service, and quick. I went in for an oil change and needed it done then and there because I was preparing for a long distance travel and was to leave the next day. Instead of having me drop off the car and come back later in the day, the guys went out of their way and took care of my car on the spot. 5 Stars!

The right auto shop Indeed I just got my truck back and everything they told me that was wrong with my truck matched to a T with everything that I was witnessing while driving it and they are really great people nick and Cory are real great hearted people to keep around I just recently took my truck back to Cuse car care with a problem and once again to the guy who recently left a bad review they never steered me wrong and have always been up front with what my problem was with my vehicle Cuse car care and the staff you guys are always awesome and I thank you guys for what you do and always professional and keep things completely honest & upfront 🤟🤟🫡🫡👌👌

My car decided to act out during the Holidays. I took my car to have it diagnosed. Within 24 hours I had a diagnosis and repair estimate. Although we ran into a parts delay and they were closing early for the holiday Cory and Nick was on top of it ensuring that I had my vehicle back on Christmas Eve! They are really great guys, you won’t find a more honest or knowledgeable bunch of people to entrust your vehicle with. They ensure you have all the information you need and will give you options. I took my vehicle to Cuse Car Care because it had a coolant leak and several error codes related to emissions and the air-fuel mixture, which was a serious issue that honestly caused me a lot of stress. After inspecting the car, they charged me $1,100, assuring me the problem would be fixed. Even though it was a significant expense, I trusted them. They supposedly replaced the thermostat and other parts, but when I picked up the vehicle, it was running the same as before. Yes, the check engine light turned off at first, but two days later it came back on, and to make matters worse, the coolant was still leaking. After checking the car myself, I realized the coolant leak was caused by something very simple: a missing screw in the coolant housing, which I fixed myself. This is something extremely basic that they completely overlooked. When I returned to the shop and told them this, they showed no interest at all and took no responsibility. I explained that the issue had not been fixed and that it seemed they charged me for repairs that did not address the real problem. They tried to look into the dashboard warning light again, but they clearly did not know what the problem was. Eventually, they told me there was another leak and that I needed to pay an additional $700, which is unacceptable, since this should have been detected during the initial diagnosis. To make things worse, when they returned the car to me, a person named Nick warned me that the vehicle was moving strangely. As soon as I drove out of the shop, the car began to move in a chaotic and unsafe way. I immediately returned and discovered that they had not properly tightened or secured the bolts on my vehicle, leaving it in a dangerous condition. If I had driven onto the highway like that, the risk of a serious accident would have been very real. My experience with Cuse Car Care was expensive, frustrating, and unsafe. They failed to fix the original issue, attempted to charge for additional repairs without a clear diagnosis, and returned my vehicle in an unsafe condition. I do not recommend this mechanic under any circumstances.
