Customer service was excellent as well as pricing. NOTE they do not have change for cash so I paid 30 extra because I only had big bills. Only reason I gave a 3 stars is because the car wasn’t super clean. There was still stuff on the floor and there was dirt left behind on lost surfaces. When I went to wipe down the interior of the car afterwards my rag was filthy.

Have to report a false Customer claim today. Pissed? Yes. This guy Todd is saying things that are not even close to the truth in regards of his detail. First of all he was pissed that a local car wash in town scratched his whole truck up last week and they were paying for it. Then he had a friend destroy his fender flares by wet sanding the scratches from the car wash to the point of no return. We detailed it yesterday he was amazed what my employee did to bring the flares back to life somewhat after the terrible job on the wet sanding plus the scratches on the exterior. He loved it he said. Then this morning he showed up with his 6 inch lifted truck and said the top was not washed or buffed. Not true. The paint on top is fried. The clear coat is tired. The clear coat in the back of the cab is rubbing through the paint due to a canopy miss fit and he thinks that's coming out. Plus he states he spent 3 hours on it cleaning it. Seriously Todd? Also, the 275.00 was from the car wash not out of your pocket let make that clear. My employee spent 20 minutes today taking a California Duster to wipe the dust off it. Looked fantastic. Todd, Spokane is a big small town. People know that we strive to do great work day in and day out. Im proud of my employees. I stand behind this work 110%. We don't walk on water but we try. If we miss something we dam sure we make it right like we tried with you so nice try writing a Review. In this case you the Customer are wrong. 20 years this October Todd go somewhere else. Over the last three years since I have moved to Spokane, Jim and his team have detailed my car, once a year. Every time I have experienced excellent customer service, on-time promised delivery and of course, a car that looks brand new. Not only has Jim taken care of our car, he has taken care of homeless children by donating to Family Promise of Spokane of which I am the director. I drive by Custom Auto Detail every day and I have NEVER seen it empty, ever! They always have cars on the lot. It must be that so many other repeat customers like myself have been continually satisfied with quality work, great customer service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend at least visiting his shop and watching the operation at work. It is a work of art.

BAM!!! They knocked it out of the park. The only thing worse than detailing a truck with dark paint is doing so with one that hasn't been detailed in two years. I drag my Airstream around the west coast all summer long. The truck has accumulated plenty of road oils, fresh tar, etc. And winters in Spokane with salted roads are tough on a finish. I picked up the truck and it literally looked better than that day I picked it up at the dealership four years ago. Custom Auto Detail went above and beyond. At a price that is MORE than reasonable. I can't recommend this shop highly enough. (And no, I didn't know any of these folks until making my appointment. You can't go wrong here).

If there were 0 stars I would give that. Rude employee. Car still quite dirty. filthy windshield. Paid 250.00 for what I could have done in an hour. Seat wet as is my rear now. Steering wheel dirty ,rear view mirror. So disgusted as this was a xmas present. Do not waste your money.

This place rocks!! Jim and Brian know exactly what they’re doing and do it very, very well. I brought my 78’ Datsun Z in for a full detail and when I picked it up, it was/is car-show ready. Easily it added a couple thousand dollars worth of value to the car. The pricing is very affordable for the quality of service they provide, which is high. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I am updating my original review. I gave them a 1 star because of the situation that occurred below. However, I had to adjust my rating because I got a call from the owner Jim and he was willing to correct the problem and make it right. I will go back and allow them to make it right because he was willing to call me and apologize for the issue and correct it. I will take my car over there and maybe I will even give them a 5 star when there done :) Thanks Jim for the call. Took my new Subaru over there for a detail and when I got it back there was so much water in the car it stunk for weeks. I did everything to get rid of the musty smell. They also blew out my usb plug in the center console because of the over water use. There was also swirling In the paint. For the money i will not go back

Really not that impressed. There are better shops in Spokane. Parts of my interior still dirty they tried to clean my headliner but it looks more dirty after they touched it. Some parts look good but others aren't great. Go somewhere else. Update: I talked to the owner of Custom Auto. He is a really nice guy who was troubled by the service I received. After talking we decided to give it another shot and the owner made sure we were taken care of. Just remember a good business isn't measured when they do a good job. It's measure by what they do when they mess up. Custom Auto did a great job to make it better.

They stayed open late on the last bisnuess day befor Christmas so I could get a gift card. Great work, friendly & talented staff. My car looks so fresh & clean. Update- the owner Jim contacted me and asked if I could come in to make the situation right which I did. They did an amazing job and Jim was awesome! I understand that sometimes mistakes are made and things are missed and I truly appreciate Jim taking the time to make the situation right!- I try not to post bad reviews but even a month after my detailing was done I’m still noticing things that they missed. We paid about $200 for one of the worst detailing jobs I’ve ever had done. I had just got a car and the person who owned it before me was a heavy smoker so I was OK that the car still smelled a bit like smoke when I got it back However the steering wheel was still a little sticky and hadn’t been cleaned completely, there was a light filminess still on parts of the windows and doors that they had missed, under the dashboard hadn’t been wiped completely among a few other things. Extremely disappointing for the price! I picked it up at the very end of the day when the guy was leaving the shop, It is my bad for not saying anything but it was obviously a rushed job that they didn’t care about.

Bryan was very helpful and happy to answer questions. He worked hard for several hours and my Acura was so clean at the end. The carpet and chairs are cleaner, and brighter than I’ve ever seen them. I definitely recommend Custom Auto Detail for their good service and convenient location (right by a bus stop if you need to get to work while they work on your car).

I wish I could give no stars... When I first picked up my car I was very happy my car looked amazing. Although my seats were still wet because he said he didn't have time to dry them. There's a lot of the interior that he missed everything that is a tan color he didn't wipe down. There is still dog hair on the back seats.... For the price I paid, I'm disappointed in the result... The residue that is left after everything is dried is horrible..

Went for advice or quote to get spots out of my light car interior like one in photo. Owner was friendly and looked at it with no pressure. He was honest and said, we do all interior for one price but this car is clean. It just needs some Castrol decreased sprayed on a cloth and then use cloth on spots. I really appreciate the honesty and sincerity. Thank you!

Cannot recommend Custom Auto Detail enough! They stand by their work and do an excellent job. We purchased our car used and were the second owner and it has never looked this shiny and new.
