I have been a Les Schwab customer for over 30 years and with several different vehicles. I have been and always will be a devoted customer. I have been treated with respect and have always received the best service and care from every store that I've dealt with. It might be the most consistent thing in my long life. (I'm only half kidding). I can honestly say that I will never buy tires from anyone else. Why would I?

We were leaving town with our truck and trailer all packed and children in tow when we noticed there was a nail in the drivers side front tire. These guys got us in right away and fixed the tire on the spot. Luckily we were back on the road with very little delay, and we have Les Schwab to thank for that! Definitely recommend them to anyone for superior service.

They Didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. Very quick service. Will definitely keep coming back to this location.

Was forced to go here with trailer tires that were damaged because it was the only place open ...Of course there abilities are good with no line but highly highly over priced with no options for a discount or cheaper services... I know many of the other shops are cheaper for the same services....I understand tires are important to get right and they do know tires for sure but come on...there should at least be cheaper options like you don't always need a new valve stem especially for what they charge... I should be able to dispose of my own old tires and can't even opt out of that which they over charge for... Good service it is if a person should so choose to pay there price,, but come on now.. there's times when people just can't afford things right at the moment.... Especially now days... If there so into helping people why don't ya think about a person's wallet or check book for once and instead of gouging people like it seems everybody's doing now days maybe do something different and save a person some money!!!!! Ya I realize it's only and extra 25 to 35$ for these things BUT having the option to not have to pay that at times can help tremendously... Other than that ya lesSchwab knows there tires for sure... Lot to be said about being the only place open at the time also.....

My wife decided to get new tires on her Tesla before a 2k mile road trip. Go to the Schwab on Regal to buy and get the tires mounted. As usual, they don’t use the mounting blocks Tesla provides to jack the car up. They end up breaking the clips that secure the rocker molding on the passenger side of the car. The molding will definitely need to be replaced. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy into the Schwab customer service BS. This has ended up to be an expensive set of tires. Go to Costco.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service we received at Les Schwab regarding a flat tire on our 2006 Prius. What should have been a straightforward replacement turned into a frustrating, multi-day ordeal. Our tire was punctured by a nail, and we called Les Schwab for help. They quoted us $204 for a replacement and told us to come back the next morning. When we asked if they would install it, the response was curt and dismissive—they said they were very busy and it could take a couple of hours. The next day, I returned to purchase the tire, only to be told by the front desk that there was no record of the quote and that they didn’t have the tire in stock. A new quote was given—$183—but we’d have to wait three more days for it to arrive. When the tire finally came in, I called to ask if there was a good time to come in for installation. Again, I was met with an annoyed tone and told they’re usually slammed with a line “wrapped around the building.” I’ve been to this location many times and have never seen a line, let alone one wrapped around the building. The bays are often open. I showed up first thing in the morning—no line, as expected—and dropped off the car. An hour later, I got a call saying they couldn’t install the tire because the front tires are winter and the rear are all-weather. This is exactly how the Toyota dealership sold us the car less than a year ago. I was told they legally couldn’t bolt it on unless all four tires matched. The only options offered were to buy all new tires or take the tire and install it myself. This experience felt like a bait-and-switch. We were quoted one price, then another. Promised a tire, then told it wasn’t in stock. And finally, denied installation unless we bought more tires. It felt less like a safety concern and more like a sales tactic. We’ve trusted Les Schwab in the past, but this experience has seriously shaken that trust.

Amazing service and always extremely fair (if not overly fair to the customer.) I’ve been going here for years and each time I’m even more impressed. Lizzie is a huge asset, as is everyone else I’ve worked with. Great place for tires etc…

Bought my tires at Costco on the recommendation of a friend. Got a screw in one, Costco wouldn’t fix it because my membership lapsed a few days before I brought it in. The awesome crew here saved my day. Thanks Lizzy and company. You Rock!

Always greeting everyone with a fast and friendly staff. You see the employees running to get things done asap, even when they stop to add air to a car that stops by just for that service. Parking is usually full but that happens when you find a great company! Have been using this shop for many years and they just keep getting better!

My wife scheduled an appointment online for a winter tire changeover, alignment check, and wiper blade check for Monday, December 1st at 8:00 AM. I took the morning off work to bring the car in and planned to wait while the services were completed. When I arrived at 7:45, I was informed by Lizzy that there had been an error and that only the alignment was scheduled, and that the vehicle would need to be dropped off for the entire day. She also mentioned that she had meant to call us the previous week to notify us, but never did. I gave Les Schwab the benefit of the doubt and even requested a quote for new tires for my truck. However, when I returned home, my wife showed me the confirmation email clearly listing all three services scheduled for 8:00 AM. I went back to the store and showed Lizzy the confirmation email directly to clarify where the mistake occurred and to see if there was any way to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the interaction was disappointing. Despite seeing the confirmation, Lizzy came across dismissive and placed blame on the online scheduling system rather than acknowledging the inconvenience caused. No effort was made to offer a solution or compromise, and ultimately I chose to cancel the tire purchase for my truck and take my business elsewhere. My primary concern is the lack of ownership and customer care shown during this interaction. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake and an attempt to make things right would have gone a long way.

I was not impressed at all. I’ve taken it here before and their customer service is on point. People are nice I’ll give them that. However I dropped my car off yesterday for a simple thing as a season change over. Dropped at 8am and picked up at 5:45pm before store closes and STILL waited inside for car while I was in there. And not even 5 mins later I had a flat just driving home and I live like 500ft away from that location. The car read tire pressure low. Why didn’t I just turn around and take it back? Because the store CLOSED. I believe they just rushed to get tires on because I was in shop and they gave me a paper that said everything was fine and checked next time I should physically see the car because signing and paying.

I received an incomplete alignment at the dealer and they told me I needed new struts. I didn't believe them and took my car to this place. The staff was great, and they were able to do a proper alignment. And said my struts were fine.

Professional , knowledgeable and honest. They could have talked me into snow tires and told me mine were fine , and I didn’t need them. I returned a year later for a different vehicle and bought studded tires from them. Their price was fair service excellent

This crew did minor work on my brakes and sent me home with one bolt missing, one bolt forced into the wrong hole and the brake line wasn’t even connected! I drove around town for a couple weeks unknowingly leaking brake fluid until eventually my brake light came on. An hour later the brake pedal started sinking when I stopped. I got it to Lexus the very next day and my brakes literally failed in front of Lexus. They had my car for a FULL WEEK as they tried to work with Les Schwab to get the replacement parts needed to fix the brakes. The assistant manager at this store is in no hurry to be polite or helpful. Then I had another bill from Lexus for $600 to repair the mess Les Schwab created. Les Schwab reimbursed me for the Lexus charges with no apologies for the crappy work they did and the danger they put me in with leaking brake fluid. All they asked was why I didn’t return to their store to get the brakes fixed the second time. I thought that was obvious. This is the second time this store has done me dirty with a minor repair. Les Schwab is definitely not the company it used to be. Shame because they’ve always been super convenient, being so close to me.

Always have had service from Les Schwab. Been going to them for over 40 years and still a customer. The staff has always seemed very knowledgeable with all the products and parts they sell. Prices seem comparable to other places. They have covered me with new replacement tires multiple times from pothole damage.

Came here at 10am to drop my car off to check a brake noise/ brake pad squeal and was told they would call me when they find the issue. They called me back surpisingly quick and toldvme it was done and i asked what was wrong with it and turns out just a rotor resurface. Why would you call me to tell me its done and not the issue first and ask if i wanted to do the resurface when i had the car back there and up on rack? .... instead they put four people in front of me and make.me wait another 3 to 4 hours and take my car back off the rack. Very unsaitified.

Les Schwab lost my business. I've been a customer at this location for almost a decade. I've been a LS customer for decades longer. I've purchased two full sets of tires from this location. My last service call with them was completely unacceptable. They misdiagnosed the issue, did not fix the tire, left all my tires under inflated upon departure and stated that I needed new wheels. I had a very slow leak in my front left tire. I brought my vehicle in several months ago, was told it needed a patch and that it had been repaired. The tire lost pressure again in the late fall. I had to wait several weeks for an appointment because of snow tire season. I brought my vehicle in on December 8th. As I pulled out of the LS parking lot, I realized the low pressure light was still on. I immediately pulled back up to the garage, explained to the attendant that I had just left and asked if he would check air pressure. My front left tire pressure was low by 8-9 pts. My other 3 tires low as well. He inflated all of the tires and my low pressure light went off immediately. When I called to ask questions I was offered an explanation that made no sense and was then quoted $944 for parts that were not necessary. I don't think I'll ever know what LS did to my car that day. Everything except fix it and give me correct information. Thank goodness for Discount Tires! I went in to the store to get a quote for the wheels and ask some questions. I was offered an appointment for an inspection. Surprise!!! I didn't need new wheels at all. I had a nail in my front left tire. Discount Tires inspected all four of my tires and wheels, removed the nail and gave me a bill for $0. I was not only grateful for saving $1k on wheels not needed, I was thankful for the excellent customer service I received from them. I don't know what's happened at the LS South Hill location but it's not good. It's not only about bad business it's about safety.

I Left my truck with them for almost 4 hours just for them to call to tell me they can’t repair a punctured tire due to having wheel spacers on my truck. They would have to take them all off!? Clearly this place has a lack of knowledge on torque or lack the proper tools to do so. Wont be back there. Perhaps TIRE RAMA across the street can properly take care of customers with a basic wheel spacer installed that they don’t even need to remove to take the wheel off. .

Great experience at the Regal location. Lizzy helped me over the phone and explained the pros/cons of studded vs un-studded winter tires. She tried to locate my first choice tires at another location, as they were not in stock. She was knowledgeable and professional and had a welcoming demeanor. I was scheduled to drop my car off the same day. Upon arrival, I was greeted by name and helped immediately. Gearrett called me shortly after I dropped my car off, to update me on a few things they discovered and what the recommended solution would be. He was friendly and knowledgeable. My car was ready quickly. Upon return I was again greeted and helped immediately. I felt taken care of, like a neighbor instead of a consumer.

Always great service at Les Schwab, I got my rear brakes done here. Competitive prices, fantastic service, clean and comfortable waiting room that did not smell like tires. Free popcorn and coffee. I reserved a spot online and they got me out fast. Highly recommended.
