I went to custom care my rag top on my Audi was pulling away from the rear window. They were able to fix the top beautifully so I didn’t need to replace it. They were very polite and treated me fairly. I would have given them 5 stars but they don’t answer their phone!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Wendy and her crew did what others said was Impossible and SAVED me a LOT of MONEY doing it! I had been to several other shops that had told me I would need to purchase a brand new convertible top, and all new hydraulics for the top on my Mercedes.. Wendy not only repaired my existing convertible top to perfect condition, but also managed to repair my convertible hydraulics by rebuilding only one of the components! They had my convertible top in perfect shape for approximately a QUARTER OF THE PRICE that the other shops wanted for me to buy and replace all new!!! AND she also did some repair work on my interior leather while it was there! I could not be more thrilled or more appreciative for their honesty, hard work and excellent workmanship. It's wonderful to find honest people that are willing to make the efforts and go the extra mile to save a lot of money for their clients by doing the necessary REPAIRS instead of purchasing NEW!! They were very professional, honest, courteous and even had my car detailed for me before I picked it up! I couldn't be happier with the excellent results, AND they saved me a ton of money!! Beautiful work and very friendly staff. Had headliner in 2008 VW Jetta replaced. Looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. Just had leather seats done and they came out beautiful. To get leather seats at dealer was only included with $15,000 upgrade package. Had these two tone leather seats done for $1,300.

"Craftmanship" should be mentioned in their company name. Pure Craftmanship. I was referred to Custom Care By Word of Mouth and I'm so thankful that person told me about this company. I've had four different motorcycle seats in the past 3 years, but nothing like this seat. By far this is the most comfortable, and best looking custom seat I've ever owned. Wish I had moved down to Myrtle Beach a little sooner would've saved a lot of money. Great prices for the quality of work, or should I say Craftmanship. The owners Rich & Wendy are great to work with, actually the entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. "PLEASE" don't waste your time, or money anywhere else, this is the shop for all your interior needs!!!

Just had a 2025 trail boss upgraded from factory cloth to leather. I can not stress how great of a job this company did. Working with the local Chevy dealer they provided full replacement leather. In my previous with the experience with the Chevy dealer in Charleston I was given a leather kit. Custom care replacement is on par with factory or even better. It is seamless and you would never know it wasn’t OEM. The leather quality is great and I am beyond happy with the job they did. It was more than I expected.
