I took my bike in for tire replacement. At inspection they found the drive belt was damaged and needed replaced. I had dropped it off late Wednesday, Jeff and crew did a pretty quick turnaround and had my bike back to me on early Saturday in time for the weekend.

Called 7/31 to try to schedule an appointment to have my bike looked at. Guy that answered the phone was extremely short and rude. Told me he had my number and would call me after he talked to the owner to see if they could even get me in. Never got that phone call. Don't worry, another local bike shop is more professional and earned my business.
