UPDATE: I want to provide an update on my previous review. I was contacted by Miles Edmark as well as his general sales manager Matt regarding my complaint. I feel they genuinely cared enough to investigate the situation and use it to correct to the best of their ability. If the opportunity arose in the future I would still consider buying here.

My husband and I just finished with buying our brand new Toyota Sienna from Edmark this last weekend. I am personally not good with change, spending big chunks of cash, and sales men are not my favorite! I hate anything high pressure, overwhelming and/or especially condescending. Fortunately when we walked into the Toyota dealership we were met with a young man named Gilbert. Gilbert put me and my husband at ease immediately. He talked humbly and earnestly to us. He was professionnel but also very personable. It felt more like working with a family member then a sales man. I had a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable. Anything he didn't know the answer to, he found out very quickly and efficiently for us. The process of getting a brand new sienna takes a bit of time and Gilbert was very good to keep us updated on everything. I even accidentally called him the wrong name for weeks and he was so tactful and kind in taking care of the misunderstanding. I of course apologized all over myself. When our Sienna did arrive he was just as professional and courteous in finishing up paperwork and then explaining all the functions to us on our new car. We had went from a very base model of a car to this new one with so much technology that I was extremely grateful to have him walk us through it all. Gilbert is what I would call a high value salesman. You don't meet them very often but when you do you wish you could buy every car, boat, camper, and house through them!

Bought a brand new 2025 RAV4 XLE with the best salesman J.T. Robinson. I told him what we were looking for. He showed us a couple of options and we ended up going with what best fit our lifestyle. We drive 20k+ miles a year so a nice base-plus model was perfect. He helped us get a great deal and wasn’t beating around the bush. She helped us get the additional coverage we needed and had us out the door quickly. While filling out paperwork she gave our little guy a spot to draw. She then printed out his picture for him. Recently made a purchase of a new Tundra and had the pleasure of working with Dante. The whole process was quick and painless, especially with me being out of town during it all. Dante kept in contact the entire time, going above and beyond what I would’ve expected for the situation I put him in haha. If anyone needs a new Toyota, I would highly recommend Edmark and Dante. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I'm not big on listening to the negative reviews but this was absolutely horrible treatment. So before you go with this dealership, check the Boise location first! I went in looking to buy my dream truck. I knew exactly what I wanted and was fully ready to give an all cash offer. I was told that it kept getting pushed back and to wait and they would reach out the next day at a specific time. The time would pass and I would be forced to reach out myself. This happened EVERY time! They kept telling me to wait and they would have a definite answer about my truck the next day. Again, they wouldn't reach out and I would be forced to reach out HOURS later. After a couple of weeks of this back and forth, they just stopped responding all together. I was told I would have a definite answer back on February 20th. Of course they didn't reach out at noon like I was told and so I was forced to reach out. That was 3 weeks ago and I still have not gotten a response. I went through the Boise dealership and within 4 days they secured me the exact truck I wanted and I have put a down payment on it. I am writing this review because I FINALLY received a message from a manager today saying they MIGHT have found something for me. I was extremely frustrated and she told me they were waiting for inventory with no explanation or reasoning as to why they never responded to me on the 20th of February. I hope someone reads this and goes over to Boise. Save yourself the trouble and the stress. Buying a new car should NOT be this hard!!! Just so you can be extra cautious, the name of the salesman was Carlos and his managers name was Rochelle.

We just bought a new 4 Runner from here and we are very pleased with the service. We showed up with some specific needs we wanted in a new vehicle, but we were pretty open to what exact vehicle that would be, even though I was thinking a minivan (Good God, I can't believe I ACTUALLY thought I wanted a dang minivan!) Aidan Miller picked out the perfect one for us, which was NOT a minivan. No hard sale or pressure and no screaming "I am desperate to sell you this car!" He was very patient explaining all the tech in it (I had been driving a 16 year old Prius so this is obviously a big adjustment for me as we set everything up on my broken phone screen. Probably should have gotten a new phone before a new car). He even called today to see how the new vehicle was doing. Isn't this 4 Runner much more awesome than a minivan? Of course it is!

I purchased stock#5773211. I found a vehicle I really liked and contacted the dealership to get all available service and condition information before making the trip. They provided documentation showing prior scratch repair, and when I specifically asked about the car’s condition, nothing concerning was disclosed. The listing photos also showed no cosmetic issues, so based on the information provided, I made the decision to purchase and drove over four hours to the dealership. When I arrived, the vehicle was being detailed and everything initially appeared fine. However, during final delivery—after the long drive and right before taking possession—I noticed a noticeable dent on the edge of the driver’s door. This damage was not disclosed beforehand and was not visible in the listing photos. Discovering it at that point made me feel misled and put in a very uncomfortable position, especially after trusting the information I was given and paying a premium price. When I raised the issue, I was told the dealership is a high-volume operation aiming to sell around 400 cars per month. While I understand that used vehicles won’t be perfect, transparency matters. No one expects perfection, but no buyer wants to discover a sizeable dent only after traveling hours and signing paperwork. Had this damage been disclosed upfront, I would have appreciated the honesty and could have made an informed decision. I paid a premium expecting a premium experience, and this fell short. The car itself is great, but the lack of disclosure overshadowed the purchase. I hope the dealership takes responsibility and addresses the undisclosed damage, as this situation could have been easily avoided with clear communication. At this time, I would advise others to be cautious and thoroughly inspect vehicles before finalizing a purchase.
