One of the guys working there was very nice and told us to wait because he was assisting another costumer so we did. Next thing I know some 60 year old lady was giving us really bad attitude so we decided to leave and go to auto zone and it was 100 times better

They got me in an out so fast, I had my 6 month old with me. Needed a new battery, and they gave me one and covered my warranty. No money out of pocket. Keep your receipts lol

The service and knowledge of the employees here is great. Please do something about the birds that leave their droppings piled up outside the front door. Nasty, track it back in my car, all over the store.

It is nice to see a good old-fashioned auto parts store. Ask for help, and you get the correct parts and attitude. Knowledgeable staff, I hope they don't change this store to just another retail store.

Good thing I had another vehicle to drive on new years day... My battery was dead and all the Napas in area said they were open till 7 none were...wasted my gas and time...and when we finally got to one that was open the next day...they tried to bs me saying that the battery I had wasn't large enough for my vehicle when they were the ones who sold it to me...

Prices, prices, prices. One can nearly always get whatever they're looking for cheaper at any of their competitors. Military discount and rewards program helps, yet most of their competitors also provide this. Staff is always polite and ready to assist, not a bad selection of locations as well.

My father went in yesterday 9/13/21 to purchase windshield wipers for his jeep. He told the young guy behind the counter that couldn't get the old wiper off and asked for assistance. The guy replied in a very rude manner that you no longer help customers with wiper blades?? When did that change? When did you start hiring people with no respect for customers and older clientele? In addition to the rude lack of service, my father tried to explain to the guy the blade just purchased did in fact not fit the jeep. But Mr. I know everything told my father it will and he just needed to figure out. Seriously?? So we now have a blade that doesn't fit and no replacement. I was in a few months ago for new blades for my car and the guy at that time happily helped my husband and I. So disappointed in your store. We will not be back.

Made an online order to make sure I could get a socket I needed that was low stock. The 30-minute estimate they provided at checkout online was way off! Like days off. Nice staff, but I would be leary about using the pickup option online.

Got there before 6 (closing time). I walked in the door, she said, “We’re closed- I’m locking the door”. 1- It was NOT 6:00 yet. I made certain of that. 2- I was going to spend over $500 there. This is exactly why places lose customers and go out of business. I’d rather pay more, to be treated better, than go back there where people can’t be bothered to do their actual job.

I ordered a part online, I arrived before 6pm to pick up a prepaid for part, and the doors were LOCKED. I seen people at the counter look at me, but they wouldn't open the door even though it was within opening hours. I drove over 1/2 hour to get this part that was needed immediately. I tried calling multiple times and they would answer and hang up!! Unprofessional trash! You lost all my future business and will be sure it is known to everyone in the oval track racing community.

I had called a couple other part stores, and they were not able to help me out with my questions at all. NAPA helped me immediately over the phone and had what I needed ready at the register when I arrived. They also had a lot of super cute keychains that I had to impulse buy from them. Will definitely be going back to them in the future as needed.

Management needs to either add more employees or tell the older male who is always back in the office or bathroom to come out and help the female employee out! This place is ridiculous! I was in the store this morning 8-8-25 and there was a line. Only a female employee helping customers until she finally went in the back and got another employee to come help. I returned to the store a few hours later to make another purchase and the line was even longer and the same situation! A lone female employee helping customers. Another customer in line said he had been waiting for 15 minutes and hadn't seen any other employee. We both decided to leave and went across the street to AutoZone. Absolutely unacceptable!! Laziness at it's best....do better!

Service is getting worse. I order alot of parts from various parts houses for my business, and the service here has really gone down hill since the new ownership took over. Zombies answering the phone in the rare case they actually answer. I have been trying to order 2 cans of ac flush for 2 hours. will not be calling here anymore if i can avoid it!! RIDICULOUS!!

This location on 3ed street in Nampa has Excellent customer service! Ana was so helpful and didn't stop trying to help me find what I needed until we were out of options! Will definitely come to this location when I need something from NAPA. Good customer service is hard to find. And this location has it.
