It's 1:45 pm, Google says they're open, I show up and there's a sign that says they they'll be back at 230. I decided to wait. During this time 3 people that obviously work here (1 driving the company truck, 1 with keys to get in, and the last told me they're closed) start to show up and 1 tells me they don't re-open until 230 (got it, there's a sign). What kind of business closes in he middle of the day without warning when there are 3 people here to provide service?? If you really want to go here, call ahead and make sure you're not wasting a drive. I'll spend my money somewhere else, thanks.

Great service! Tommy took his time and made sure it was done right. My car was a little difficult to. My mustang looks amazing though I couldn’t ask for better. He does in fact right his wrong don’t be fooled we had a misunderstanding and it really wasn’t his fault but Tommy took ownership and totally made it up to me and took great care of me. Because of this he showed me great leadership and that’s Impressive! I will be back with my truck once I’m done building it! Thanks Tommy for making my mustang beautiful again😊

Well you guys didn’t even get a chance to get another customer and you would have had a consistent one. First I called and got hung up on so I called back. Got an answer cool. I told the guy I’d be there after work and he said cool. I got off early and fought through traffic and got there 15 minutes before close and asked if I could get someone to look at the back of my truck and your dude said “ah too bad sorry.” I’ll take my money elsewhere.

So i went here Saturday and the guy who installed my sound was by himself awhile. He did an awesome job of customer service and installing my music. He never lost a beat and kept a great attitude about having to go from installing music to helping customers who walked in until his help made it back. And the music system and sound itself is dynamic. Great customer service and great work. I love the feeling of going somewhere and the people are so cool makes it seem like friends. Makes you want too spend money. He said it would take a certain amount of time but when the other guy came he went right in helped and i was out of there way quicker. Thank guys keep up the good work

I spent over 1200 on a stereo, remote start and installation. I’m getting ERROR-02-62, it powers off and doesn’t turn back on for extended periods of time, also connectivity issues. I’ve called at least once every day for the past two weeks and can’t reach anyone. I’m just Trying to schedule an appointment to get it fixed or get a replacement. I’ve left 3 messages and no call back. It’s really frustrating when you have an issue, you know what it is, and cannot seem to reach anyone to get it fixed. Reaching someone and not their voicemail has been an issue since two weeks after the install. Poor communication is the main issue with this place. I just want my stereo fixed!!!!

In the past 2 weeks I have stopped by here 3 times during posted operational hours. Doors are locked. Tried calling posted phone number numerous times with no voicemail available. There was another customer there today as well and he was not happy that there was no one available at 2:00. Does not seem to be a business looking for business and is definitely not operating in a professional manner. Guess I will be going to competition!! Usually like doing business in downtown Nampa if possible!!

Went in there to ask for a price on installation on a dash cam never greeted me never asked me if I needed help to be there 30 minutes standing to listening the shop owner talking to his buddy. Then got a quote from a employee later on without him going to look at my truck dash cam or anything then took my business elsewhere didn’t care if its more just looking for professionals and they are not is as I could tell.

Honestly. One of the best places you could go to support a local homegrown business. Tommy and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was very competitive, considering the high level of products they use. Installation was flawless, and the crew took the time to walk us through operation of all the equipment they installed. Special amount of care is taken in tuning, the system and the appropriate Time-frame to break in the subwoofers have been set up and we will go back to finish the tuning. After everything has been running for a while. If you're thinking about installing your own system, remember how much of a pain in the butt it is, And just go to extreme sound and let the professionals take care of you.

My car had a radio system that I could not figure out. Went in for advice and help. Tommy stepped up! So kind, patient and knowledgeable, a true blessing. He explained everything, reset my clock, balanced my speakers reset my stations, stopped the distracting light show, paired my phone and contacts with unit. Website says open 9am to 5pm. They are never open anytime before 2:30 pm. Do not waste your time with this company and if you need anything just remember stop by after 2:30 pm or you won’t get any service.

Sold me nice equipment but good luck trying to get them to do any warranty work because they can’t mount an amp properly, I’ve wasted my time twice now trying to get them to fix their work, now my amp overheats because it’s just laying under my seat, glad a payed a lot of money for a half ass install

I was referred to this business for installation, called and asked to speak to Tommy I was rudely told no, he hung up on and then tried calling back and was blocked very unprofessional. I would not recommend this business.

BE AWARE… I took my car in to have an amp and sub installed. I just purchased this car 3 months ago brand new. I’ve driven it maybe 5 times. After the work was done I noticed scratches on the driver door sill plate (dents and scratches) that were not there when I dropped it off. I called the owner he was defensive stating he would take a look at it but that they didn’t even work or go in the drivers side of the car and put protection mats over where they did work. These scratches were not there when I dropped the car off for install. Their claims of not working in the front of the car are false. As you can see they installed the adjusting box under the steering wheel console and obviously got in it to drive it in and out of the shop. Very disappointing that they can’t take ownership for damaging my car.

Tommy had installed a backup camera in my 2011 KIA Optima a few months back and did a great job! So I recently took my 1996 Ford truck in for a new radio/CD player and he did great again. I noticed a couple of small adjustments that it needed so I took it back in to him to take care of it. While in there parking lot, my trucks ignition internal steering column linkage broke down. Just a coincidence, nothing he could have done to cause it. Let me tell you, he worked diligently for a few hours trying to get it fixed for me and went far and above the call of duty to help me out. Had parts delivered and called his friends for advice. He temporarily got it so I could drive it to an auto repair shop. The absolute best service far beyond anything I've experienced in 71 years on this planet! Thank you Tommy!
