They took a perfectly brand new car, where all that was wrong with it was the rear view mirror hanging off the side and now the vehicle doesn't even run. Can't hold a charge. Drained a brand new battery and they cant even consider the possibility they messed up the electrical in some way ? Or messed with parts they shouldnt. They oddly enough kept ordering the wrong parts. Further delaying getting the vehicle. Makes me suspicious as to why it was there for so long just to come back how it did. Side note, I told my boyfriend If you get your car back with all these delays and it doesn't run anymore then they did something they shouldn't have.

I was involved in a minor traffic collision and my insurance recommended Crash Champions. They were able to do an initial estimate and check my vehicle in within 24hrs. The repair work was excellent and I can't even tell it was in an accident. Paint work is great as was the body work. From the time we turned our vehicle in until we picked it up, the staff working for this business did an amazing job in keeping us informed in the process. The staff were friendly and thorough with their walk around and made the experience very enjoyable. The staff thanked me for my service as I have Purple Heart plates, which was very appreciated. We have utilized collision businesses in the past, the business is the best experience and end product we have encountered. I believe the team was okay to work with and tried to satisfy me as the customer. However, my main disappointment came when my car was damaged while on their property — by something coming from a neighboring property. My vehicle should have been kept inside, and unfortunately, I had to pay a deductible out of pocket for damage I wasn’t responsible for. While I understand accidents can happen, I don’t feel it was fair that I had to cover the cost. Because of this experience and a few minor hiccups, I can’t give a full 5-star rating.

I was extremely disappointed with the receptionist at this shop. I arrived at the confirmed appointment time (as shown in the text message confirmation I received), but the receptionist immediately claimed I was there at the wrong time. When I tried to show her the text message as proof, she showed zero interest and dismissed it without even looking. Instead, she told me to wait an undisclosed amount of time and then proceeded to make unrelated phone calls about other customers' vehicles. It felt completely unprofessional and gave off major red flags about how they treat people and the speed in which they get things done. After wasting too much time, I left and went to another collision repair facility nearby. They handled my entire estimate quickly and professionally, in less time than I had spent just dealing with the receptionist here all without an appointment. I also wanted to edit to ad : I explained that I was there for the streamlined service, including same-day drop-off, that I had been promised over the phone. She flatly said “that doesn’t exist” and that I wouldn’t be able to drop off the vehicle the same day.

My truck was in an accident in may. It has been in and out of crash champions for 5 months. The shop has continued to lie about the work they have done to my truck. They have continued to cover up the damage that they did to my truck. There has been work performed that I was not informed of. I did not sign any paperwork for certain work to get done.. this shop did a frame test recently on my vehicle. My frame came back bad. They also told me that there was no way the frame check was accurate because they did not tie my truck down to the rack . I was informed that they were taking it to quality alignment to have my suspension checked. And then they were gonna do a frame check again after that . While it was at quality alignment, quality alignment, went ahead and adjusted my rear axle to the bent frame . Let me inform everyone that I did not authorize quality alignment to work on my vehicle nor did I know the work that they were performing on it. I did not sign An authorization form or a work order. After reviewing documentation, the insurance adjuster has continue to lie to my face about anything that has been done to my truck. This shop Has continued to perform work and not inform me and not give me the real reason on why work was performed. I have no documentation of anything that has been done besides the original documentation from May . After Reviewing documentations on my progressive app this shop pulled on my frame and lied about the frame check being inaccurate. The frame check was accurate. That’s why they pulled on my frame. I have had no communication whatsoever with anybody about work being performed why they are doing the work that they did. After asking the insurance adjuster, if somebody pulled on my frame, he continue to lie and say nobody pulled on my frame. The documentation clearly shows from Crash Champions that my frame was pulled on. Now they did a frame check and now all of a sudden, my frame is perfect. If it was just getting suspension, looked at how was my frame in spec? Why would they adjust an axle on a bent frame? Why was I not informed on what was going on? I also have pictures and documentation of some damages that look tampered with I sent those pictures to The insurance adjuster and he requested my truck go back. since they have had my vehicle back, they have performed work in the areas that I found that were tampered with. They have covered up damages. Now they are continuing to fix their mess ups, so I don’t report this. They told me that the damages look like they were from factory. if they were from factory, why did you all of a sudden perform work in that area to cover up what what I have evidence of.

They were the only place willing to give me a ballpark guess on how much repairs would cost without actually taking my car into their shop, and they kept me as informed as they could when insurance was being slow. They did great work on fixing my bumper and it looks like nothing ever happened to my car. Michael was awesome about keeping me in the loop after I dropped my car off with them.
