I waited 2 hours to get one tire changed. The lady up front proceeded to argue with me in front of customers assuring me they told me the wait would be over an hour and a half. No one communicated anything too me. I missed a very important appointment which isn't the end of the world but the way I got treated here and the way I was talked too as a customer in front of other customers is enough for me to throw these guys a one star review. Communication and little bit of kindness goes a long way. I get it, sometimes it's hard to admit when you're wrong. But arguing with customers and refusing to even apologize is rude and extremely poor customer service

Came in last week with my brother to get his tires replaced and with as good as they were decided to get my tires looked at and planned on getting sensors put in cause it's a new car to me with after market tires. Scheduled a morning appointment so I would not have to wait as long as a walk in. Called when i got gome for quote on all sensors if needed and confirmed my appointment with the guy on the phone. When I got there there was no scheduled appointment. Was told would be about 1.5 hour wait. After an hour was told still 2 card ahead of me so I just left and took it to my normal place cause it was within walking distance to just go home and wait. 1st time even going to this place will never go again.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at Les Schwab. I also intend to share this concern with the Better Business Bureau. I own a new Subaru with fewer than 10,000 miles. I stopped at Les Schwab due to a low tire and was informed that a small stick had punctured the tire near the sidewall. I was told the damage could not be repaired because it was considered to be “in the sidewall.” While I understand that sidewall repairs may not be advisable, the puncture was borderline, and the handling of the situation was frustrating. The greater concern, however, was the recommendation I received. I was told I needed to replace all four tires because my vehicle is all-wheel drive. While I recognize this can be necessary for worn tires, my tires are nearly new. I felt pressured to make an unnecessary and costly purchase. For peace of mind, I contacted my Subaru dealership. They promptly measured my tires, confirmed they were all within the same diameter as new, and advised that only the single damaged tire required replacement. This experience left me feeling misled and pressured into spending far more money than was necessary. I value honesty and professionalism when it comes to vehicle safety, and unfortunately, I did not feel I received that at Les Schwab.

I will no longer be a customer after 30 years. I grew up near Pineville Oregon, when Les was still alive. Dallas Holmes, one of the first Les Schwab tire managers was a very good friend of mine. A couple days ago I got my brakes done on my Yukon and was told I needed two rotors two calipers and two sets of pads when really the parts were not Orne out. One rotor, yes and one set of pads yes they also refused to let me look at The parts the calipers were only two years old and I have a hard time believing they were bad but I was told they were and now I’m with two brand new Calip two brand new rotors and two brand new sets of pads. This place has gone downhill so badly!

I went there to get my tire pressure checked, I like that it free. The person that helped me was great and he pointed out that the tires were due for a rotation. They also repaired a flat for me earlier this year without charging.

I have been coming to this Les Schwab for 4+ years. They have 100% always been timely, courteous and conservative on any estimates. They are extremely respectful, and I have never been turned away for an emergent event. Just this morning I came in before opening for a tire pressure light issue and was out of there in one hour with my vehicle fixed and winter road ready. No appointment, just perfect service. I absolutely recommend and have a hard time believing any poor reviews. Service: Tire Pressure Monitoring system and rotation.

Dropped off my vehicle before they opened. A tech called and explained everything in detail. He made sure I knew what to expect. Last time I was in for a patch they had a really hard time getting the nuts off. The van was ready for pickup in like 2 hours. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

Wow, I cant believe what they did. Had 4 tires swapped for winter tires. They didnt balance my tires, no wheel weights what so ever. They over torqued the lug nuts. They over torqued one wheel to 170 foot pounds, and its only supposed to be at 76. Yall need to get with your service techs, and teach them how to look this information up before they do the work. Your management should be ashamed. They make torque wrenchs for a reason.

I went in on 04-21-25 sat there for about 1 1/2 hours to find out I had a nail in the side of my tire and that they couldn't repair it. They gave me a quote for 2 new tires because 1 couldn't be repaired and that the inside of my tires were so worn down. They also gave me a quote that my struts were all bad on my car. So I went to discount tire because I had already gotten 2 tires there and wanted them to match. I paid for them over the phone with the impression I didn't have a choice. I went to discount tire way out of my way and when I was leaving they asked me why didn't I just get the nail repaired? I told them what Sean S at Les Schwab told me. I had the manager from discount tire come out to verify that in fact my tire could and should have been repaired and that I didn't even need new tires at all. I have pictures to prove wear the nail was in my tire and the inside of my tire. They are a bunch of liers. All they want to do is lie to people to make more money.

Was trying to make it to work on time this morning The tire light was on and these a little bit of air in the tires of a mini Cooper which has little tires as it is stopped in there was three guys sitting in the office I saw the hours weren't until 8:00 to open That's understandable but for the need of a little bit of air so someone can make it to work on time I was told sorry I can't put air in your tires My air compressor doesn't get turned on until 8:00 The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard considering it's a switch and you might have to tighten a valve or twist a handle on a valve you can't put air in a tire 30 minutes early for a customer in need so you can sit in the office three gentlemen stood talking not willing to help anybody

Whatever happened to them running out to your car…. Service was decent, the last 3 times I’ve been in there, it is one excuse after another of why they can’t fix my tire. I am fully aware a side wall issue is a different story, but this last one was crazy, “well I can’t fix it,” I had to ask him if someone else there could to which his reply was, “yea probably”…🤦♂️ I will not be going there anymore, I feel like they have gone downhill over the last few years. It’s too bad, I used to really like going there.

I will never give this location out business again. I took our new to us truck in for a safety inspection. It has a lift kit and we were told by one specific employee that they could not legally work on it and that my tires were in dangerous condition. He then quoted me between 1800 and $2000 for a set for my truck. I learned later from another employee while I was picking it up that we could get the same size tires in a different brand for less. Today we took the truck in to another location to have the CV axle looked at. They gave us a good report saying that our tires looked to be in good condition and that they could, in fact, look at the suspension. I will be following up tomorrow with this location to file An official complete as this is the second time I’ve had an experience like this at this location.

It was my first time visiting this location. I came in to have two tires replaced and was quoted a wait time of about 1 to 1.5 hours. About 45 minutes in, they called to recommend replacing my tire pressure gauge, which I approved. After that, I continued waiting for another hour and 45 minutes with no updates, no phone call, and no announcement in the store. Since I had told them I would be waiting on-site, I assumed they would notify me when the vehicle was ready. When I finally went up to the front desk to check on the status, I was told my car had been ready for over an hour. There was no heads-up or communication, which resulted in a significant amount of unnecessary waiting. I had previously scheduled an alignment for Monday, but based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location

I was able to make it to them at 5:45 and they patched it up no hitch. Much appreciation for the men and women working here that helped me get to work the next day!

I have lived in Idaho almost my whole life. Was born here and then was away for awhile and then joined the Marines but been back since 2007. Les Schwab has changed from the friendly and helpful company it was. I would not support Les Schwab at any location. I was traveling down the freeway today and saw an older gentleman on the side of the road with a flat. I ended up taking the tire to Les Schwab in Nampa. Although we were both veterans and he stranded on the freeway, Dakota at Les Schwab offered no help. None at all. Just kind of shrugged and told us to come back another time. We went down to Commercial Tire and got taken care of. I have helped change tires along Idaho roads for many years. I have never had a good interaction with Les Schwab. They either didn't care or have tried to take advantage. As a veteran and Idaho native, I am so ashamed of Les Schwab. Would NOT recommend.
