Been coming here for years for basic repairs and maintenance and always been great. This time however They find something in one of the pistons that clearly didn’t spontaneously manifest. It had to have come from the factory. So they quoted me 15k when you’d think they would try reporting it to ford even though it is outside of warranty and exhaust options instead of just saying “yep here’s a new engine price”

Not happy. Corwin has been good in the past however this time I took my F350 in for service (oil, air filters, fuel filters, etc) and another item (7 pin plug for trailers on the bumper as it was malfunctioning). The service counter person (Nick) informed me they were separate items one needed “Quick lube” side and the other in service department. I got the Oil, Air filters and fuel filters completed and brought the truck back one week later to have the plug completed (3 days just to determine the issue Nick told me). When I pressed to see how it was coming Nick sent me another “complete inspection” report stating my F350 failed inspection on the air and fuel filters with a few other items (and I was supposed to accept or reject the request for service). When I asked why they wasted time inspecting the truck (since it was just serviced and inspected) Nick told me they inspect every vehicle every time it comes in so I replied ok then can you explain why my NEW air filters and fuel filters failed this second inspection? Obviously there wasn’t any excuse as to why, except a lot of “word salad” and excuses. Nick told me that I sounded upset. lol even though I felt I kept a pretty level head and just didn’t understand how that could happen. After following up with his apologies I finally got my truck back and the 7 pin plug still failed giving a code on the dash stating “trailer disconnected” even though the trailer was plugged in. So…be careful to be specific with your needs and follow up with knowing what work is actually completed on your rig. Had I accepted the request they sent saying I agreed to have the work completed I would probably have paid twice for the work already performed. Now I have to check my filters to make sure they were ACTUALLY replaced!! Why the policy of inspecting a vehicle twice in a one week period is beyond me and certainly seems like a waste of time and money. Come on Ford think this through.

Did fine work on oil change then quoted Air filter replacement ($50) which I ordered on Amazon for $14 (motorcraft) and a radiator flush ($300) which I had done at Big O tire with BG flush and coolant for $150. Corwin really needs to be more competitive to get my business

Sales rep was very helpful. They made sure we were happy and even printed the owner's manual out for us. Only service so far has been an oil change but that was very nice as well

Nick my service advisor was great. I would have like if the people who worked on my truck had put my rear seat dog carrier back together they took apart. There was also some greasy hand print on the inside of the window they worked on.

Been having transmission issues for almost a year and a half now took our vehicle to Kendell ford three different times that never did fix the problem and had problems with the service advisor and the service manager . Figured we would try a different dealership met Amy in the service department and our lives were changed forever. Was very knowledgeable and very helped us out and actually got the problem fixed We will be recommending your dealership for all of our friends and family. We will never be going anywhere but your dealership.

I am very frustrated with Corwin. We choose to go to them because they were more "home town" than Kendall. We had purchased ALL our previous vehicles from Kendall - so this was a big move. Corwin has yet to follow through on a single thing we've been told regarding repairs. We have a loose screw in our dash board and did not leave it to be repaired because of them needing the vehicle for a minimum of a week and we couldn't get a loaner....and this is when it was a brand new vehicle!!! I have been getting my oil changes done someplace else because it always takes hours of waiting there. I scheduled a repair for "same day" completion. It was an oil change and two recalls. I even had to move the date out to obtain a time slot 1st thing in the morning to "assure same day completion". I showed up today and was immediately told my vehicle would be ready TOMORROW AFTERNOON.... I have no plans for this...I made not arrangements to not have a loaner....AND they did not offer me one. I was only offered a ride home and a pick up. Needless to say...... Kendall is looking like a better place to return to after I get my vehicle back. BUYER BEWARE....they do not follow through on what they say.

Worst place to ever deal with getting any repairs done to you car worst dealership I have ever dealt with when it comes to people keeping their word on anything they are rude untimely had my truck back and forth for over 4 months and still did not fix it had it the last time for a full month with no communication on what was wrong with it until i finally called questioning things and what was going on! Absolutely will never step foot back here

I called to set up a service appointment. My call went to voicemail where I gave my information, the reason for my call, suggested an oil change during the break check appointment and asked for a return call. No one responded. We placed an online appointment the following evening. We brought the new truck in for squealing breaks upon start up. The service team took a look, said they were fine and didn’t charge us. Not the most comprehensive, customer-forward response but at least they didn’t charge us for it, I guess. I will give them another chance but I take my other cars to a different dealer closer to Boise who always does a great job for us. I have a feeling we may send the Ford there, as well. My premonition for the New Year.

Great service! Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to fix a coolant leak. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had the repairs done fast. Fair pricing and professional work—my car runs great now. Highly recommend!

Robert was very helpful from the first phone call through the buying process. I found the pickup online and purchased sight unseen base on the window sticker details. Thanks Robert!

Great dealership to deal with. I purchased a truck that was in transit from out of state. They made it very easy with sending all the paperwork ahead of time so when I arrived I just picked up the truck and headed home. I would highly recommend this dealership.

A few of the service reps / manager, including Mike and the wholesale lot manager, Andy, were helpful, attentive and a pleasure to deal with! That’s about the only good I can say about my recent, 4 week long, experience with Corwin. Steve the finance manager at the wholesale lot on the other hand was less than satisfactory. It took me bringing my truck in for warranty work to find out that I was scammed into buying an invalid warranty and gap insurance when I was told it was “thrown in” as apart of the “friends and family deal.” I would never recommend going to the Corwin Ford wholesale lot because of the nightmare I had experienced. Steve would be a great fit at a dealership on the boulevard. The quote for a radiator replacement was so astronomical ($5,400) other reputable shops laughed when I told them. Even at the “employee pricing” I was given for my experience it dropped to $4,000. Kendall Ford told me that both of these prices did not pass the ‘sniff test.’ The competing quote I got was for $1,850. I am very grateful that Andy was able to get me a full refund on the warranty. I was patient and understanding up until I went to pick up my truck. Due to there being no paperwork anywhere at the service department, it took 2.5 hours to get my truck paid for and ready to take home. I had to wait for a flat tire to be filled, both batteries to be charged, and a check engine light to be diagnosed. In hindsight I probably should’ve bought a truck from Kendall Ford.

Colton helped us find the perfect Ford Bronco for our needs. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, no fake salesmen, just genuinely good service. Personally, I don't like the new car buying process and I avoided it for a long time. However, the process at Corwin Ford Nampa was fast and simple. I highly recommend Corwin Ford in Nampa.

Service advisors are great. The team there is fully wanting to support you and your needs of your vehicle. There was a secondary issue with my vehicles transmission and they were able to jump on it to fix it quickly. Only wish was that add on services were more affordable since work was already being performed.

Quick service team changed oil and rotated tires but forgot to reset the TPMS and set tire pressure. They wanted me to pay them almost $200 to replace the air filter, for a $20 paper filter. And don't say "labor" because they took the old filter out, took a picture of it, and put it back anyhow! Somewhere after I dropped it off, someone hit something blue with the mirror (I suspect the lift in the quick service bay.) Then the service department didn't want to replace the mirror and tried to say I brought it in damaged. Finally, the guy who checked me in admitted that there was no blue paint on the mirror when I dropped off the truck.

UPON FURTHER REVIEW: (original commits removed, review changed) My 2025 Ford Bronco Sport was involved with a recall. I had an issue that needed to be addressed and believed the recall would fix it, my Bronco Sports was also due it's first service at 5000 miles. The Corwin Ford Service Dept. was friendly and the vehicle service went very well. The recall took a little longer than expected, but involved the weekend and wasn't a big issue. However, when I got my Bronco Sport back, the issue with the Infotainment System was still present, I believed it was related to the recall and it prompted me to give an unfavorable review of Corwin Ford. I was angry, probably not the best time to give a review. Anyone who offers a service and makes promises about their customer service or dedication to their customer, is only offering words, until something goes wrong, and they need to actually back up their pledge. Corwin Ford and their service department went out of their way to find and correct the issue with my Bronco Sport, once they were aware it hadn't been fixed with the recall update. As it turned out, the issue was separate from the recall and wasn't easily detected because it was a sporadic event. Corwin Ford's technicians went through the system and located what was triggering the issue with the Infotainment System and fixed it. I recant my original review because I was angry at the time of the review, I didn't have all the facts, and Corwin Ford, their service department and technicians, given the opportunity came through and corrected the issue with my 2025 Ford Bronco Sport. I now can, and do, recommend Corwin Ford.

The front desk was great. When I received car back I had black all over my seat covers and my door panel. Smelled like oil all in my car. Real messy work. Big price you pay for cars to keep them nice. Thank god I had seat covers.
