I actually met 3 of the 4 men whom worked on my car. Not over friendly, or smile at all, but very professional. In and out in 15 minutes, windows cleaned, car vacuum. Great. I tipped 20 to be divided amongst the 4 men. Even with a 30.00 off coupon, still casts me 99.00 which in my opinion still alot.

So grateful that the waiting room did not have a TV or music playing. I could sit in quiet without being inundated with obnoxious noise. I didn’t expect to get a peaceful moment at Jiffy Lube, but I found one.

I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on 12th Avenue in Nampa. I usually take my car to the Ford Dealership, but I wanted it done quickly without having to make an appointment etc. The guy broke my glove box when he pulled out a cabin air filter from behind it (glove box). I didn't notice it until I saw a piece of plastic laying on the floor in front of the passenger seat the next morning. As soon as I discovered it, I returned to Jiffy Lube. I spoke with the same guy that broke the glove box. When I told him what happened, he grabbed the plastic piece from my hand and dropped it in his shirt pocket and said, "No, that's probably a piece I dropped when I worked on your car." I asked him to give me the plastic piece back and he ignored me. I said a 2nd time, Give me that plastic piece." He again ignored me so finally I demanded it back and told him I needed it when I take my car to FORD to be fixed. I wrote the company a month ago, but still have not heard back from them. This guy popped open the glove box, glanced at it (without removing it the way he had the day before) and said , "No, it's not broken." There is no way he could have been able to see behind it. He acted like it was nothing he did and that the glove box wasn't broken even though it sits crooked on the dash. I'm going to write the company or call them to see if they will fix it. I will come back later and write an update.

Absolutely save your money and go somewhere else. They charged me 124.00 for service on a Toyota Camry. Total robbery. I never been charged more the 60.00. Do your homework they have bad customer service and charge way to much.

Not satisfied with high charge 180.00 for an oil change and to change the oil filter I was told by the dealer I bought it from that the oil had been changed and online on the info of my car before I bought it. I had to trust them to handle my car well. But my dash board light went on apparently it goes on because it’s on a computer thansks guys Jiffy Lube

I called and spoke with Logan regarding some services I had before and then spoke with him about my brakes he assured me he knew exactly what he was doing and has gone to school for 3 years to learn about the different services and so I had him so the job and he did a great job. So I would just like to let people know they are not all teenage kids who know nothing about your car. 😊

The guys did a good job. They were quick and let me know what needed to be done. It was a bit on the spendy side though. Usually have my car done at dealer as it’s free. So not sure how much they cost anymore. All in all I thought they did fine job.

I was extremely Impressed and Happy with the Real Customer Service I received. They took great care making sure that I was comfortable and then we entered my info. I mentioned that I had a coupon and he acknowledged me and applied it. With a high mileage car and taking great care of her , I replaced the air filter, especially since my housing is cracked. Jeremiah and Logan were awesome and I apologize I don’t remember the other young man’s name. He was Amazing, my car was vacuumed and they made sure that it wasn’t too Hot!

Don’t waste your time. Last time I was in they broke my dipstick and never told me. They wedged something down in the dipstick hole to keep it tight but what a nightmare to deal with on the next oil change!!

When I got home from jiffy lube I saw an email coupon for $26 off an oil change. They didn’t mention anything about a coupon or special and let me pay full price. I’ve been to many different businesses that want to help you save money and if there is a special going on they will tell you, or ask if you got an email coupon etc. Disappointed that they didn’t. And with the 4 extra services they suggested I get, I’m starting to wonder if they will upsell me every time I go there.

The service I received was very quick which was about the only pro of the visit (and why its not just 1 star). I came to Jiffy Lube hoping to save on costs to the other stay in your car oil service shops around. However thats not what happened. The shop added a $9.99 fee for "parts". The wipers I had them add were $25 a piece as well, which would usually be fine if the additional fees weren't applied. The lounge where you wait was filled with flies and could also use a good wash. The mechanics also were not as friendly as you'd hoped for. The first attendant was peeved when they couldn't scan my vin and had to enter it manually. The actual mechanics seemed peeved when I had a coupon, and also didn't say more than maybe a few short words. I think I would just recommend the stay in your car services for future needs. It's not any cost savings going to Jiffy Lube.

Three times I returned to Jiffy Lube for a leaky oil plug. They left my oil cap sitting on my battery did not top off my windshield wiper fluid did not reset my oil light and now my truck is broke down in my driveway were they faulty cam phaser after driving around for four days, not knowing my oil cap was off, and my hood was cock sideways
