Brought my truck in due to a heavy mold/mildew smell. Mo helped me and after some diagnostic work found that the windshield was replaced improperly allowing water to basically pour into the cabin. When they pulled back the interior carpet the whole floor from front to back was basically a lake. They had strip the entire interior in order to clean the carpet and fully dry out the floor. The whole repair only took a couple of days but they fixed the issue and the truck smells like new. They charged me a very fair price especially for the work that had to be done, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them if I need help with anything in the future.

They said car was totaled ( but i drove car there see pics )gave estimate of $8300 told my insurance the radiator the radiator fan and transmission cooler were damaged in the crash i went to get property out of the car and no such damage to any radiators or fan. there was 800 dollar difference between what AAA insurance would have paid to fix and or be a total loss and i couldn't just pay the extra amount or shop couldnt lower price to help save the car ?very displeased wish i would have took car to other body shop i think estimate was high and why couldn't they work something out with insurance? NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE AFTER A CRASH the nicer the shop the higher the estimate the more likely your insurance will not pay to fix and instead total the car I will add the staff in the office was friendly and helpful i just wish the staff that made the estimate could have worked something out to help me out this is a devastation to me i have stage 4 cancer and i had to have someone cosign just to get this car i will never be able to get this nice of a car again all i ever have owned is 30 year old cars i finally had something nice i also blame my insurance AAA why couldn't they offer the amount they told me they would have paid? it seems everyone from both sides insurance and body shop were just very quik to call this car totaled the air bags didn't deploy i drove it there the radiator did not leak i opened the hood a week after crash and fluid level was still the same if radiator had damage wouldn't it leak?

I took my car to D & D Body Shop after I was sideswiped. Alex looked at the car and explained what they would do to fix and paint it. He also said that they would try to clean my front headlight covers that were yellowed from time and wear, for free (which they did). In addition to the accident repairs, I requested a separate quote to paint the roof that had faded paint spots. Alex came back with a reasonable quote. They had my car done very quickly, dealt with the insurance company, and did an excellent job! My car looks brand new. They were also very accommodating and held onto my car for a few extra days, until I could pick it up. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing painting or repair work.

I was looking for a paint job on my door and found them because they are a Ford Certified shop. I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. They are willing to accommodate any questions and walk you through every step of the job. They got my car done in 3 days and called me to pick it up. The paint match came out so good, you can't see anything even if you try to look close. I also purchased a detailing package which they did a spotless job. All in all, my car came out looking brand new! Thank you! Finally, they stand by their work and offer lifetime warranty on anything they worked on. So if there's any problems later you can bring your car back any time. P.S., What's also good to know is that they also do jobs for Ford Dealers, so the quality of the work is as close to the factory as you can get! Very professional, reliable and proactive team. I came to D&D to fix rear bump and mirror. They communicated updates with pictures and took the time to explain the process, which made me gain a new appreciation for the complexity of their job. They managed to have my car ready 4 days before estimate and added an incredible cleaning service. My car truly felt like new. I hope I don't need see them anytime soon, but it is a great reassurance to know that if /when my car needs to get fixed, I know someone I can trust deliver an impeccable result.
