Jay and Auto 360 Garage is the absolute BEST. I was rear-ended a couple months ago & my insurance referred me to 360 and I’m so thankful they did! Not only did they repair the parts of my car that were damaged in the accident but they went above and beyond to take care of all the little scratches and minor dents on my car so it looks just like how it did when I first got it! They even replaced one of my tires (with the same exact tire) before giving my car back to me because there was a bad air bubble on it, something I honestly would’ve gone as long as possible without doing LOL. It’s been months and I still can’t believe how great of a job they did. You really can’t even tell that my car’s been through hell & back with me! THANK YOU AUTO 360 GARAGE <3

Absolutely horrible experience. My car was sent to this shop by my insurance after a minor accident. They repaired it, but within a week the screws holding the car cover came loose. I was told this would be an easy fix and fully covered, so I called ahead before bringing it back. That’s when the nightmare started. I was told the parts would be ordered that day. Then, I was directed to a different location, only to be told that the parts were actually at the first shop. I was then told I’d need to pick up the parts myself and deliver them to the second location. Keep in mind, all of this back-and-forth happened over a simple repair that should have been handled properly the first time. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was astonishing. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
