My 2016 Audi Q5 suddenly began overheating and D&L Motorsports was right down the street so I pulled in. From the minute I arrived until the minute I left, I was treated kindly, honestly, and professionally from every staff member on site. Life is full of “happy accidents” and I have to say, stumbling into D&L Motorsports was certainly that! I would highly recommend them and count them as “my” mechanics now.

We had a repair done 4 years ago and shop really went above and beyond the including a junk yard run. Remembering how hard they worked, we returned because of excellent customer service. This current repair was quick and price point was very fair. Highest recommendation possible. This is your best bet for a auto repair shop.

I recently had a very upsetting experience with this shop. I had called prior to bringing my truck into their shop and was given an estimate for the work requested. I received a call shortly after dropping off the vehicle and was apologetically informed that the original estimate was way off as they mistakenly quoted me on a different transmission than the one that was actually on the truck. The new estimate was nearly 3 times as much as the original. They stated they had already started the job before discovering their mistake, but could put it back together if I wanted. I gave them permission to go ahead with the work, but I was obviously extremely disappointed. They said they would try to reduce the bill as much as feasible to make up for their mistake. Upon picking up the truck the bill was not reduced and despite me stating emphatically how unreasonable the charges were. I was given no alternative but pay the inflated bill. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone.

Great place I've taken my 2014 335i to and they've always done well to work with me. Including a time when I pulled up with a misfire and they went straight to diagnose it on the spot as a bad plug in cylinder 2. Had their parts place rush over a new plug at 4:45 pm on a Friday and we got the problem solved.

If they can’t get the job done they’ll still charge you. Other shops in town won’t do that. I’m not upset that the job couldn’t be completed as this was discussed as a possibility, but there was no transparency that I would still be responsible for the $2500 charges. That’s the issue. The labor should have been waved at the very least.

I like DL, but this time we had a little problem my right driver side front turn signal light was out. I dropped the car off for them to diagnose it and do an inspection wanting to pick the car up in a couple hours. They kept the car overnight I had no other transportation The next day after them telling me it was gonna cost me $800 they called and told me that they had good news. It was gonna be $600 that they had found someone or something had eaten the wires in my car so they had repaired it Which was fine. I was happy when I got there. I requested to see photos of the repair they had photos of their inspection, but no photos of the repair. I was disappointed you think they would be proud of their fine and their repair. My car is functioning fine now, but it was a little expensive for a ride turn signal. I wish they would’ve had more proof.

I was able to leave my car at D&L Motorsports for some routine maintenance while I took a short vacation. That made it really convenient, since I never had to go without my car. They did the oil change and also did a 14 point inspection where they found a couple of additional things that need maintenance... like my brakes! I would not have known that I needed those if not for D&L, and I sure do appreciate them letting me know. They do a great job, I won't take my car anywhere else!

I've had my 2022 silverado worked on for several services at D&L Motorsports, both scheduled maintenance as well as warranty repairs. They have always been quick and courteous, and worked with my extended warranty company to get the repair work covered. They also offered me shuttle rides so I didn't have to wait for the repairs to be done. I highly recommend using their shop if your vehicle needs a repair. They work on both foreign and domestic vehicles.
