This shop proved to be a lifesaver for us recently. An hour into a 9hr trip from Marco Island to Atlanta, my wife's car broke down in Ft Myers. We were moving to Georgia that day, and had both of our cars fully loaded with no room even for a passenger. Her car was leaking transmission fluid and antifreeze. What seemed to be a total disaster was quickly solved by Carlos and his shop. The car was repaired the same day with a new radiator and at a reasonable cost. Our plans proceeded without major difficulty. It was a blessing -especially in the middle of our moving group process- to have a mechanic who was very trustworthy and considerate.

Carlos is really good at what he does. I brought my car in one morning, and a couple of hours later it was ready to be picked up. He does not charge inflated dealer prices, but he has many years of experience working as a mechanic at a dealer. Someone recommended me to go and see Carlos to get my car repaired. I’m so glad they did. When I initially contacted him he responded promptly and was very professional and informative. I scheduled a time to drop my car off and Carlos fixed my car quickly and called me as soon as it was finished. The woman in the office checked me out and was very nice and professional as well. Carlos was a Godsend! Here we were from out of town with a doctor's appointment with an overheated vehicle due to, I think, an AC fan failure. The medical professional I was about to see called him on my behalf to beg him to help us because we were hundreds of miles from home. Carlos addressed our vehicle immediately and even took us to a nearby place to eat while he waited for a part and was done with the repair by the time we were finished eating. I noticed he had an exceptionally clean garage. His fee was very reasonable. We were able to go back home that day in a vehicle that ran perfectly. Carlos, thank you so much for helping us when we were in a real jam.
