Moises was very helpful since I got there with issues with my AC in my civic. Before he even talked about an appointment he checked if the car had any open recalls on the car knowing that this model has had issues with the AC. After we didn’t find any open recalls we went ahead and made an appointment for the next day. Dropped off my car at 8 am and I was contacted right before noon like he had promised. Turned out it was my AC condenser, instead of offering repairs he researched and found out that my car had an extended warranty on that issue and referred me to Honda to get that repaired under warranty. D S auto express is a stand up and honest shop! Will definitely go to them for any future needs!

I would give 10 stars if I could! After a major breakdown and having our car towed to this business, we met the extraordinary owner. He was kind, compassionate, professional, and thorough! If you want a the dealership experience without going to a dealership, try these guys. I had a grinding sound I wanted them to locate, and they gave me an estimate for thousands of dollars of work on my car after I left my car over the weekend and at least 8 hours of work day time and a diagnosis fee. I paid it to learn that my pockets aren't deep and full enough to get the work done there. I ended up finding the exact issue myself. A worn rear wheel bearing, and buying the tools and part myself a TIMKEN Bearing assembly, about 3 hours of my life, and it was fixed for less than the Diagnosis fee.

On a road trip from Sequoia National Park back to New Jersey. Got off the Freeway at Visalia looking for gas. In the process, I blew a tire on my 2020 Kia Telluride and made it to the parking lot of DS. Moises the service manager came out and assessed the situation, he called a couple of places, located a tire, went and got it, and had it installed in under 90 mins. I had no appointment and was 2500 miles from home. They took care of me and I was back on my eastward trip. I am very thankful for the professionalism and concern they had for me.

NEVER EVER BRING YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. After I went to them to get my tire checked they FAILED TO ALERT ME of a broken rim i had after they worked on the SAME TIRE. This put me at great danger as I told them I drive to LA for work daily… As I was leaving I noticed my tire still said “low” so I asked a worker if that was normal, he replied with “you gotta drive it and it’ll turn off”, which was also false & fabricated on the spot… Under no circumstances did any of the work they provide me for my BMW reach any level of acceptable standards.. Thank god I found professionals who spotted the problem and possibly saved my life 🙏🏽 I’ve attached the picture so that the management understands that this error is NOT ACCEPTABLE EVER and that their workers are not properly trained….

Had my car serviced here for the first time. Honestly have to give them more credit then the dealership. They informed me what I needed to do to get my car up to date on the maintenance schedule and showed me safety issues which I appreciate. I had to have a starter motor replaced. My wife recommended DS Auto. The shop is immaculate and the staff friendly. They had the starter replaced by the next day. Why 1 star? DS Auto charged me 1,163 dollars. $713 was for a "re-munufactured" starter. I googled and found at least 4 places in town that have new starter motors for a 2015 Honda Accord. All were under $120. Auto zone was $79. I guess they need to pay for the owners classic car and ample staff. I feel like I was swindled for at least $600. I won't go to DS Auto experts in the future.

The starter went out on my truck while I was visiting family. After calling around town and being told by other shops that they couldn’t get to the repair till the next week, I got in contact with D S Auto. I was able to drop the truck off that Tuesday and they were finished with the job by Thursday. I drove the truck home from visiting family and it’s been a week since the repair. I haven’t had any issues. Brianna and Evelyn in the front office were friendly and answered my questions when I called. 10/10 would hire D S Auto again.
