I highly recommend Precision Garage Auto Care...I had an issue with my car and Precision was able to do a diagnostic in the morning and have my car fixed by end of the day and I didn't even have an appointment. Went in today to have the mechanic look at my transmission. Apparently, he doesn't know how to work with transmissions of my type because he took my car for a "TEST" drive and I had to ask him if I could be present. Afterwards, the mechanic confirmed it was a bad transmission from driving my car and not examining it thoroughly. Apparently, I need a new transmission or a transmission rebuild when he didn't even look under the hood; how ironic. In conclusion, I would not bring my car back here again since this was not a diagnostic but instead was a test drive. I am finding a better mechanic because this was a waste of time and a joke!!!

Great and affordable mechanic. Available on Saturdays and did the work that day in less than 2 hours. I usually work on my own car and do all the repairs. I needed to change my catalytic converter. Had a stuck bolt and didn't feel like dealing with it that day due to not feeling well. Found this nice shop.

I HIGHLY recommend Precision Auto Care. Our brakes failed coming down the mountain from Sequoia and after reading the reviews, we had our car towed here. The owner was SO nice and stayed late (working in 105 degree heat) to make sure we were able to get home tonight. Their prices were fair and their waiting room was really comfortable. It was such a relief to be taken care of the way they did for us here and I would absolutely come back next time we’re in the area. Thank you!!

These are go-to guys for car repairs. My air conditioner stopped working during hot weather and a long drive to work. My Honda Odyssey had some trouble on our road trip and I was worried about getting it fixed without having to find a hotel for extra nights. I called at 2pm and described the problem and Precision said they should be able to fit it that day (awesome -- they closed at 5pm). I dropped it off at 2:15pm and Joe and team had it ready less than 2 hours later. Plus, the cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Never use them. I had a near-fatal accident on the freeway after they repaired my car and failed to properly tighten the fasteners. It's too dangerous to blame it on a mistake, but it happened twice. I don't recommend using them for your own life.

Brought my 2011 Cadillac Escalade here , after doing a diagnostic, it was determined that my engine had a misfire from oil getting into the cylinder. It was recommended to have heads removed and rebuilt as well as seals for not sealing properly creating a leak into the cylinder. I was told it would take three days yet it ended up taking 11 days. When I finally got my car back 4 o’clock Saturday, I drove to Fresno and AC stopped working. I pulled over and checked under my hood to realize that they have put the wrong coolant into my vehicle which requires specifically Dexcol orange coolant/antifreeze because the coolant also cools the transmission as well as the engine very critical. Come to find out they had put some cheap universal green coolant instead. Three hours after picking up my vehicle and paying almost $2000 for the repairs, my vehicle broke down before I can get back to Visalia from Fresno. Nothing that I have paid to get done had occurred and now I am subject to being without my vehicle again. I don’t even want to allow him to try and actually fix it this time just based on the work that they provided from the start. Next time I will take my vehicle back to Quality Auto Service in Visalia where they always do an excellent job. Stay on schedule and have no issues with the repairs leaving you with a good running vehicle and a piece of mind.

I had my engine oil changed at this shop 4-5 months ago. Recently, while driving long distances, the oil warning light suddenly came on on the freeway. At first, I thought it was due for an oil change. It was late Saturday afternoon, so no repair shops were open, and it was dark, so I had no choice but to drive the car 500 miles. The next day, the light came on again. I wasted over two hours looking for a repair shop that was open on Sunday. The owner of the shop I finally found shocked me by saying the oil was completely burnt and wouldn't even reach the bottom. He filled the tank with 70% of a one-gallon jug of W-30 motor oil before I could even get it to fill by this company. He suggested the auto shop hadn't topped it off during the oil change, which could have damaged the engine, and recommended I take it to a main service center for repairs. When I returned to this shop after my trip and complained to the owner, they demanded an additional $150 for the inspection alone. Aren't these companies trying to extra money by putting other people's cars at risk of being damaged a crime? I absolutely do not recommend them.
