I Dropped Off my Avalanche.. "My Chariot" after some Fool Sideswiped it over Night.. I was Worried that it wasn't going to come back the same... Paint Fuzzy.. not Matching.. STREAKS..! But David Nhim calmed me down and told me He would treat it like his Own..! And THAT'S what made me Feel Better and when I picked it up Today it was like it was on the Showroom when I picked it up almost 5 years ago..! David told me his Co-Workers went above & Beyond.. and they Totally did.. they Fixed things that I told them to "Never Mind..I'll get to it later" and I was Blown Away when they fixed them without asking..!! He gave me a Breakdown of Everything. Made sure I was Happy..and let me know the Parts are Warrantied for a Year and the Paint for LIFE..!! Phenomenal customer service fantastic work, which is something that seems to be hard to find nowadays they were able to complete all the work several days before the car was estimated to be completed. Well within estimate work done meticulously I recommend them to everybody. Staff is friendly, professional, and helpful They go above and beyond to meet customer needs. It is impressive going anywhere else just doesn’t make sense.

The staff is awesome here, they where very quick. My guess was a week they where done in 2 days!!! They are very awesome with providing for the community and charity!! They suport our troops! And they have great free coffee and sometimes popcorn!! Stop in to Caliber Collision if you want to be treated like family and feel "at home" comfort when you walk in to get your car fixed!! Christina was my first form of contact and I loved seeing her!! She kept up on updating me and even messaged me after to make sure my paint job was still looking amazing, as it is!!! Tony my service manager and the front desktop staff were awesome. My first accident ever, showed up at 7:25a and they let me in early with promises of Coffee and a friendly attitude. Had me checked in and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Everything was completed over a week earlier than estimated and without issue. They kept me informed throughout the process, and even helped get me to and from my rental car pickup. Service was above and beyond what i expected. 10/10 would come back again (though hopefully i never have too!)

Absolutely Amazing service at Caliber Collision, in Visalia on E. Mineral King. From the moment I walked in two friendly front desk receptionist Melissa and Francine to be exact are very welcoming and professional. The building is very clean and they even have water,coffee and snacks to enjoy while you wait. My service advisor was beyond amazing Christina kept me up to date with calls and txt in my vehicle and The staff behind the scenes did a great job with my vehicle couldn't even tell it was damaged at some point. I’m blown away with how amazing this place was. I could not recommend enough. All of the front desk ladies were so nice and welcoming. Lisa was just the best. Kept me updated at all times. Called me, texted me, you name it. My car was in pretty bad shape and they got it back to me a whole week before I anticipated. Still can’t believe how easy this process was.
