My tires were to big messed up my front bumper and the motor covers literally chewed them off. One of my back tires shredded on the freeway and it made my back bumper hit the floor since my car is already low and fell off from one side ... Overall huge mistake

Was able to finally talk to someone that knows what their talking about definitely wants to inform his customers weather their buying from him or not , that's the way you make customers sadly they don't carry the brand that I wanted in rim's but I know who to go for in tires

Over priced for cheap rims my inserts melted in a week and they gave me the run around about it. And now they put the wrong lug nuts and I'm from out of town. Also they added warranty behind my back I told them no and they still added the warranty. Bad service and they rob you.

They advertise 120 days same as cash, but when I was there, their 120 day same as cash price was over $200 more than their cash price. When I mentioned to them how "same as cash" works and what that means, the representative just said he didnt write the policies. They either dont understand how that works, or the more likely, do it purposely to pry their customers out of more money than they already are for over priced rims. I'm sure most of their customers dont realize they are being duped and conned, let alone ask questions.

Guys went way over and above. Have a lil project car and wanted mounted today. They gave me a setup @ 6:30 when they close at 7:00. Went to every placein Tulare County looking for someone who had stuff in stock. Not saying that they have all, but 100% percent more in stock locally. Thanks guys, super happy.

They suck and took advantage of us taking our business to them we were told to take auto pay off on the last payment which we did four months later they pull our money out of the bank and charge us another 400 on top of that without our approval they claim that we never took auto pay off straight lyers they keep there part of the signed papers and take advantage a few months later so new customers please be aware don't let it happen to you.

Definitely taking my business elsewhere. I went there a few times and talked to three different employees trying to see if they could get specific wheels I wanted that were on their catalog. They all took my info and said they would call me the next day but I havnt heard back from any of them. Really disappointed. It's been 4 weeks since I talked to the first employee. I know their busy and all but not one call.

Good place. I wouldn't do the in house financing though, you will pay $3000 for a $1000 set of wheels if you do... I did the math. That being said, every time I go in here, I get excellent customer service. Have bought three sets of rims here, 3 different times. Every time I go in I just happen to find a nice gently used set in the showroom or outside that fits my cars and looks good. They have a decent chrome selection, which is getting more difficult to find these days. The staff is knowledgeable on what size rims will fit your car or truck, and they understand the type of look you are going for when you start browsing around. It's too bad that they don't stock 24 inch rims and up, they would probably make a killing... Lots of us wheel buyers are spur of the moment buyers, we want it right then and there, we don't want to order it. We would just order it from home on the internet if we wanted to wait. Yesterday they sold me a nice set of used 18 chrome wheels for $900 with new tires. 2 years ago they sold me a nice used set of 22 chrome irocs for $1200 with new tires. I will always come back here when I am in the market for some wheels.

Great customer service friendly staff all around hooked me up with a great deal new tires used rims but really clean they look like new, definitely recommend people coming here. Don't go off other bad reviews, I am doing the 90days same as cash program, so as long as you pay your balance before the 90 days your good they told me the exact day that i have to pay it all off, I definitely see my self doing businesses with them in the long run.

Order tires and wheels but they only sent me tires then would not refund my money I paid 689.00 dollars they took it easily enough but have extremely poor customer service I will not recommend you do any business with this company unless you want to be misinformed and then left to deal alone with their mistakes 10 thumbs down

Great customer service staff was friendly and great explained the whole rent a wheel plan. Read reviews from other customers yeah you end up paying over retail price but that is if you are only doing your minimum payments. But if you pay more you will get what they are worth and own them in no time. Miguel was the one who helped me on the floor he knew what I was looking for didn't push me to get something I wasn't interested in. My car was due for new tires so why not get a set of rims. Well worth it made my car look like a whole different car. Great place to do business.

I went there with Deep Dish 20" Rims in my Head.. With a Star in the Middle.. We searched through Over 50 different types of wheels & tires and they were even Nice enough to take them outside to see what they would look like.. We discussed the Cost of what I wanted and Payment Plans.. and I Finally found the Tires & Wheels I wanted..!
