Once you go there, they do not honor the warranty. Be careful. They installed 2 Catalityc converters and after 6 weeks the engine light came back. I check before in another place for the code of the problem and it shows catalytic converter, went to them and THEY told me it was Catalityc converter to bring it early, and I did. Left the car and after 2 hours they call me and said it is not catalytic converter, and that I needed to pay $150 for the code machine. They show me a sign in the office they have where they lend you up to $5,000 to pay for repairs. YHEY WANT MORE $$$, no warranty.

I Just wanted them to look my tire from outside, the guy started to handover me a form. I was like what??! And he just told me to put my personal details. Are you serious?? You were about to charge me money just for looking car from outside? The guy inside told me nothing is free. Like what??😕this place is a joke. Wouldn’t recommend any one here.

These guys at Danny's are the best. They do very good work in a timely manner, keep in contact with you on the progress of their work they are doing for you. Very dependable and a bunch of nice respectful people working there. I trust their work completely. Never had any problems with any work they have been asked to do for me and my 2008 Dodge Ram. Their pricing is very affordable and very competitive with the others that don't do as good of work. Danny Boys I salute you brother. Me and my Dodge are pleased Everytime. These guys are parts swappers AT BEST. They will take advantage and try to upsell you an $80 “specialty wire” in the middle of your engine and then not even heat wrap it at the very least. Terrible customer service and terribly overpriced. Don’t make my mistake and stay away

Bought 2016 Audi from Empire Auto, had oil issues 2 days after purchase. After finding out the extended warranty would not cover pre existing motor issues, Brandon said the shop they use will fix it. After 2 trips with the same oil issue still not fixed. Don’t trust this company or Empire auto.

I stopped in hoping to find a welder to help with my older moms bench that needed fixing before it could go back to memory care garden.she was lost without it to go sit in and very sad.i explained my problem and the Mgr stepped in to tell me to bring it and they would fix it no charge. These are kind generous caring owners and workers . Pls take your business there. They deserve it. I will do what ever I need for my vehicle there from now on. Thks to them she is now happy at least when sitting on her bench.

I want to share my horrible experience at "Danny Boy's Auto Repair." Although this shop enjoys a good reputation, my recent encounter with them was anything but satisfactory. I took my vehicle there to have the air conditioning fixed, but what happened next is more like a nightmare. Not only did they have my car for an excessively long time, but they also managed to cause more damage than there was initially. Instead of fixing the original issue, they burned several cables, and to make matters worse, my car's computer. What are they even doing there? They claimed they did their best to repair the damages, but the truth is they only made things worse. They replaced the computer with one that wasn't even compatible with my car model, resulting in the vehicle not even turning on. And when it finally managed to start, it would randomly shut off while I was driving, endangering my safety and that of others on the road. After such a traumatic experience, they didn't even bother trying to fix the problems they had created. They returned my car to me in a deplorable state, with a completely inappropriate computer for my vehicle. It's unbelievable how a shop with such a good reputation can treat its customers like this. I can't express how frustrated and upset I am with "Danny Boy's Auto Repair." Not only did they waste my time, but they also damaged my vehicle and put my safety at risk. I can't believe there are places like this that take advantage of people in this way. Absolutely unacceptable! They don't deserve even a single star in their rating.

Overpriced, charge you for extra work, and take longer than they tell you they will. I had to get my right front caliper replaced, and they told me the left also needed to be done. Because my vehicle was undrivable, i paid their outrageous price in hopes it would be ready the next day. 3 days later, i called, and they asked for 1 more hour and said they would call me. My bill was ~860 for brakes, and I would say to avoid this shop for your own convenience. I typically do not like to leave reviews, especially negative, but I felt this was necessary. Take your business elsewhere. Also, I forgot to say some parts were 2-3x cheaper than their prices online.

Very professional and excellent place to take your vehicle for any type of repair or service. Domestic and Import, Antique and Custom vehicles, they work on all of them. All of the employees are honest and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Danny Boy's to anyone. I feel like you get "New Car Dealership" quality work that is less expensive and just as good if not better... Also they can program computers and keys!

Great service, great value, and great mechanics. Goes the extra mile to get you back on the road. My Honda has special issues, and these guys always figure them out. I have brought multiple vehicles to them over the years, and a number of my buddies have used their expertise. My son brings his Ford F150 to them, and they always do a great job. Keep up the great work!

I trusted them and they screwed me, I've been using them for years I take it in for a starter issue and I get it back with my motor shaking off the hinges (they just fixed my motor mounts and transmission mounts 2 weeks prior) then the mechanic that did the work wanted to be tough and that failed him. Then they tried to blame it on the car being old, and he was consistently trying to be a smart mouth with me. Then when I finally went off on him he acted offended. The kid up front is a good kid but that mechanic and their work ethic is trash. Take it elsewhere or you'll receive more problems than when you brought it in

If I could give this place 100/10 I would. I was driving today in Arlington and noticed that the undercarriage cover had come lose and was dragging the ground. I Googled and found this place. I pulled in and they had my car up on the rack within 10 minutes. Within 30 minutes they were able to secure the cover and I was heading out. After they finished I expected to be charged at minimum a service fee, hourly rate or something. Nope! They did it for FREE! As a woman we are always afraid of being taken advantage of or price gouged at car repair places so FREE was a pleasant surprise. Even though I don't live in Arlington and my car is fairly new if I ever need service I will be heading back to Danny Boys! Not to mention the mechanics were very nice.
