My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Teresa Mayon this past Saturday. She made our car buying experience stress free and flawless. Right off the bat, we could tell it was more important to her that we found the right fit, rather than pushing us toward something we weren’t 100% on. Although the car we initially wanted was sold that same day by the time we arrived, Teresa worked with our needs to find the best substitute and what she found us was even better. Hiley Mazda was packed with customers that day, and although there was additional wait time for financing, Teresa continuously checked us. This was hospitality at its finest. Go to Norm Reeves Mazda if you want to buy parts. They'll actually order the part when you call them, not make you come in and pay before ordering. Norm Reeves mazda also has far lower prices than Hiley.

After 3 weeks of visiting dealerships, we visited Hiley Mazda in Arlington. We were so impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. Colt (Service Advisor) and Andrew (Service Technician) deserve 5 stars for their work (I will discuss the reduction of a star later on as it has nothing to do with them and the work completed on my vehicle). Service was completed prior to the estimated completion date. Communication with me was present even when none was necessary. Once they had begun troubleshooting I was alerted, and once they had finished the diagnosis, I was sent a video of Andrew going over everything that was found, including additional items that should be considered. All and all it cost me $150 to run the diagnostics and reconnect the wire to the passenger side airbag. Though normally that would cost maybe $75, I understand the $150 price tag, and I am not upset about that in the least as a true FULL diagnostic was done to make sure there were no other issues present (as seen in the video). So, kudos are in order for Colt and Andrew. I will look for you the next time I come back. The reason I am taking off a star, like I said, has nothing to do with the service department workers; but the administration. Hiley Mazda has their "own" service recommendations that conflict with the recommendations of Mazda itself. One of my recommended services, which was NOT brought up by Andrew in the video or Colt when we discussed what needed to be done with my vehicle, was an Automatic Transmission Fluid Flush for $299.95. Mazda's own service manual and information pulled from Alldata show that Mazda actually recommends AGAINST this service on ANY SkyActive vehicle unless it is for major transmission component repair or transmission replacement as it is "lifetime" transmission fluid. This is a predatory dealership practice to milk it's clients out of money. I will keep going to Hiley Mazda for specialized repair; but I will never get any suggested service from them without hesitation as their leadership/administration has lost my trust.

The dealership was very courteous and friendly my salesman Jorge Ruiz was not pushy at all. I came into the dealership to look at a vehicle and ended up not liking it, Jorge offered to look for another vehicle within my budget with success! This is my second car from Hiley, 3rd Mazda I've purchased. Joy was upfront and honest when addressing my questions and concerns. She was patient with me after asking her to show me numbers on 4+ different options. Plus she was fun to talk to while waiting for finance to do their thing. Mazda worked with me to get me where I wanted to be and now I am a proud driver of a new 2020 Mazda 6. I highly recommend Hiley Mazda. I've been taking my car to get serviced there for years and both times I've purchased, the sales team was great.

The car buying process was okay but I feel that the customer service I received after my purchase was sub par. I noticed damage to the drivers seat after my purchase, the used car manager said he would look into seeing if he could get the broken piece used but never followed up. The check engine light came on within a week of purchasing which they promptly fixed at no cost to me (just an O2 censor). Called multiple times about my plates with no call back until I had left a few voicemails over the span of a week. Carlos was great when I showed up and even put my second set of temporary plates on for me.

Came in on 02/17/2020 to purchase a new 2019 Mazda3 AWD. From the moment my father and I arrived at the dealership it was a pleasant experience. Every employee we came into contact with was friendly and professional. Our salesman, Zach, was knowledgeable and efficient. It was nice seeing managers actually on the floor interacting with customers rather than tucked away in their office only waiting for problems to arise. The whole experience from beginning to end was great; so positive that my father even purchased a new car (which was not initially intended). Don't believe the reviews here. Most of these high ratings are for people thinking this is the dealership and not the service center. Appointment is at 10:45 for oil change. Fast forward to 3:30 PM. Oil change is finally complete, but vehicle was badly damaged on the drivers side when being pulled in to the service area. All they would do is give me a quote to pay them to fix the damage. Tried contacting the manager to no avail. Even via phone they have a full mailbox so can't even leave a voicemail. DO NOT USE THEM. 5 hours to perform an oil change and they damage my vehicle to give me a quote to fix it? Seems like they have a great way of making money. Absolute trash service center. Special thanks to Tyler for damaging my vehicle.

My car is always very well taken care of here. Repairs are done efficiently, and I have my car back in no time! I do not mind the higher price tag to ensure that my car runs well and I am safe. Our Favorite Employee, Colt, makes sure that I am kept up to date in a timely manner, is fully transparent with what needs to be done right away and what can wait, and gives the best customer service I could ask for! Arrived for service for my wheel. Handle me with class and Dignity. Took care of me did not buy my Mazda from there the service reps from parts to Mechanic to porters were all Pleasant and gentlemen and ladies. If I could give this service department 0 stars I would. My wife and I purchased 2 cars from this dealership from an awesome salesman by the name of Carlos thats the only great part about this dealership. But as far as the service department goes please be aware of Jeff McDonald the service manager he is really shady and I believe it starts with him and why any problems occur at this location. Also beware of the technician Juan dont let him work on your car this guy did not put enough oil in our car in April of 2025 in which resulted in us canceling our family road trip. Jeff tried to make it up by giving us 2 free oil changes and 2 car detailings in which the first oil change and detailing was on point. Then fast forward to October 2025 when we took our back in for the final oil change and car detailing in which I had asked specifically Jeff to not let Juan work on our car in which he obliged but it turns out he did fact let him work on it and since then the car has been jerking ever since and they also did not follow through with the detailing at all so the service staff member Tommy had been great and tried to take the car back to drtail it in which it wasn't his responsibility and I really do appreciate everything Tommy has ever done for us cause he was always been amazing from day 1. I then turned to the GM Mark Welch with an email In regards to what was going on and I also cc him on the prior emails but did not get any response back. We love Mazda but this dealership almost fully pushed us away from the brand but I reached out to Mazda dealership in Hurst in hopes they can change our minds. I have a oil change with Rich tomorrow 1/8/26 and I also reached out to the GM and he really sounds like an amazing person I explained the situation with this location and he seems like a real stand up guy and has assured us this will not happen at the hurst location. Since Marck Welch and Jeff McDonald chose to ignore my emails I reported them to the BBB in hopes to get my car fixed from what Juan did to our Cx5 and to give insight to this location so nobody has to go through what we went through.
