will not go here again,,,, all these reviews are fabricated they have attitude issue and will not give you pricing on anything til you bring car in even though you know what is needed to be repaired. person on the phone was very rude. i wish i can give them less then a star i would. cant trust any mechanics anymore I rather go to a back yard mechanic instead of these guys ,,, STAY AWAYYYYY FAR AWAYYYYYY

Anyone that has any kind of car trouble understands how difficult it is to find an honest mechanic shop in the Detroit area. There are lots of shops competing with each other and they cut corners to try and win the customer. Danny's shop is above all that. They are a honest group of people who will always try to give the customer a fair price and experience, as well as actually fixing the problem without compromising on quality. I have been going there for years and I cant imagine going anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and take all your mechanic needs to Danny's. They will take care of you.

Scam. Charged me up the wazoo for nothing. I have been going there for five years. Danny may seem honest but he's not. Paid for two windshield wipers, only installed one. Paid for two headlamps, only installed one. Asked for a receipt and he said he already gave it to me. He did not give me a receipt and he was not able to explain to me what all of the charges were. Don't wait five years to realize they are cheating you like I did.

Was in from out of town and my car broke down. Called Danny's and they were friendly. I had my car towed there. Needed a fuel pump. They changed it and brought my car to the hotel and I paid cash. Went out layer and drove my car and it wasn't right. It was chugging and putting up cylinder misfire code. Also showed I needed gas but when filling gas started coming out. Luckily I was down the street so they sent "MO" to look at it. "MO" is a nice guy but the other guys not so nice. They kept saying I overfilled it, they kept it that 2nd night and called me the next day to pick it up and made me seem like I was the bad guy. They claimed nothing was wrong. So when I got in my the gas needle said full and she was running a little better with no misfire. They sent me away knowing I was gonna hit the highway to drive 5 hours away. Thank God I filled up again because my fuel gage no longer works and recently I took my car to a shop and I have a fuel pump code. The job was inexpensive but NOT done right and they were very rude with how they handled the situation. Beware of this place if you're from out of town. Now I know not to go to them in the future when I'm out there. Danny is rude.

This place and man is truly the best in that area. Back in December my 4 kids and myself were traveling when my engine shut down right in front of Danny's. He came out, assisted with getting my car into his parking lot and was very helpful with my children. He even allowed us to wait for a ride for 4 hours in his lobby (most shops don't allow you to loiter.) His kind and welcoming personality kept me calm (even with 3 young kids and a 3 month old.) And his service.....yes! My timing chain went on the motor. It was fixed before the holidays even when 2 other shops said it would be a 3 week wait. I would definitely go back to that shop if I was ever in the area again. Thanks Danny!!!

I have been bring my vehicles to Danny's for over 10 years. Professional, experienced and very friendly. Danny is very honest and their prices are fair. I took my Dodge ram to a differt auto service down the street from my house when it started stuttering and they wanted to charge me $1300 to fix all the problems they said they found including water in my gas tank. I towed it to Danny's who told me all I needed was 1 spark plug wire replaced and charged me $350 for a tune up (which I asked for), oil change, and some other minor replacements. My truck drives perfect now and for a 1/4 of what the other place wanted to charge me thanks to Danny.

They are very good at their job, they will never sell anything you don’t need, and they tell you what’s wrong with your car before they go to the next step, and they show you the problem before they do any work. They are very friendly, and very very professional. I been going to Danny’s auto for over 2 yrs. I will not go anywhere else. You guys do a fantastic job.

Best service I could ever imagine. I got a flat tire warning while driving east on 94. Pulled into Danny's and received honest, ethical, and outstanding service. They pulled a huge screw out of my tire and had it plugged in 15 minutes.

Rudest mechanic I’ve ever dealt with, I simply asked for the price of parts and labor on a new transmission, and when I told him I’ll see he disrespected me, acted rude and hung the phone up in my face. Extremely unprofessional.

My car wouldn’t start & everyone kept telling me different stuff was wrong I had already done a tune up and paid for other maintenance and still it didn’t start…I just moved in the area and always drove by Danny’s before my car did shut off..decided to give him a try…he called me with the best news a couple days later my car was up & running, fixed.
