Hands down the best car wash around. Very thorough, they do a better job than any Splash I have been to. They move around the stuff in your trunk to get everywhere, my interior windshield is always perfect, they remove mats and vacuum beneath them. The guys are hard workers and pleasant if you have a question. AND they cost less than other car washes. I go to Darien from Wilton to get my car washed.

UPDATE: 6/21/21 My 15 year old car hasn't been this clean since it was brand new. Their attention to detail and thoroughness is top notch! I will definitely come back here. It was clean, professional and fast. There are a lot of chains around Fairfield county but this place is a small, family-owned business (which I really appreciate). Thanks for the great service!

I had my car cleaned, and everything was great, except they forgot to dry off the black cover in the back of my car. I didn't notice until my next stop when I was putting things in the back. It was soaking wet. (Update! The owner read this review and immediately contacted me, and offered to help. All businesses should pay this much attention to customers. Amazing customer service! I am changing my 4 to a 5 Star!

very bad washed the car. on the rear bumper there was a place even not washed at all and in the cabin wiped with vanity rags after which it stank very bad, I had to drive with open windows for a long time to get rid of the bad smell!

I’ll keep it short … it’s the best car wash in the Darien area by a long stretch! I highly recommend getting a monthly if you are meticulous about your car - it is well worth the price. Their attention to detail is great. Very friendly staff.

I would avoid using Darien car clinic. I had an item stolen from my car. They opened my trunk for an oil change and kept making eye contact at the receptionist whilst acting strange. I couldn't figure out why until I got home and realized I had an expensive piece of jewelry under my seat hidden. I ran out to get it and it was gone! I called the owner several times and he said no one had it. Someone there had it which explains their odd behavior. I advise you find another place to wash your car or change your oil.

I have been going to Darien car clinic for quite a while now just for car washes, but I did my oil change and Maintenence there yesterday as well, and am very happy with the service. The man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the service, not making me feel pressured at all to do anything more than the car wash. He also went over the maintenance report extensively with me, suggesting what kind of service needs I might have coming up over the next months. It felt so much more personal and knowledgeable than one of the chain drive-through services, and actually, I believe it was less expensive as well. I also did the Express detailing super interior wash a few months ago… My car never looked better, and felt brand new again. This was for a fraction of the cost of previous details I’ve done. Very glad I found Darien Car Clinic for all my car needs!

It had been a couple of years since my last visit to the car wash at DCC (I used to go frequently when I worked closer) and I've always gotten the Full Service, as I did again with the recent visit. The recent results in comparison to the level of service I had been accustomed to were very disappointing. It was not done thoroughly: car was still dusty on one half but not on the other, some spots were obviously not vacuumed while others were, treatment of the All Weather mats was inconsistent. Bummer to see this service decline happen at a place I used happily for many years.

I will pick this car wash every single time over their competitors for many reasons. Most importantly, as a Cub Scout mom, their amazing mechanic had a clinic to teach them how to change oil and how to change a tire. He was so incredibly patient and kind. AND five years later, he still recognizes me when I come in. Such a sweetheart! Their car washes are fast and good. I love that they remove my WeatherTech mats and clean them separately. As a realtor, I can be picky, they never mind getting into spots that I ask them to hit a second time, like cup holders and door handles. They keep my car looking super. Don’t miss the putting green while you wait… GENIUS 🌟🌟🌟

Scratch my brand new car while passing through the machine and they left my car dirty inside . Horrible never again pay $30 in that place . Manager gave me his card with his name and told me to come back so they could take scratches from my car off. Let’s see when I go back.

I went to this place because of its 4.6 rating and the fact that it’s family-owned. I was looking for a new oil change spot since it’s on my way to work. I called ahead to ask about the price, and the owner quoted me $80, which seemed reasonable. However, while my car was already in the middle of the oil change, the owner of the place informed me that my car uses a special cartridge filter and that it would cost an additional $20. I was surprised because in my five years of owning this car, I’ve never been charged extra for the filter. I didn’t have a great experience, but I told myself it was fine — things happen, and I’d just find another place next time. About a week later, while cleaning my car, I decided to check the oil level — and to my shock, it was only around 60%. It’s unpleasant to pay extra for a filter, but not receive the proper service you paid for is another story. That feels unethical and disappointing. I hope the owner addresses this issue in response to this review and offer the full oil that he charged me for. For others considering this place, please exercise caution.

I just brought my Tesla cyber truck here and they damaged my vinyl as well as the front of the vehicle. The vehicle is brand new and they’re blaming the Tesla on this. I just went to Tesla and they said no there’s no alignment issues and the owner Tony he refuses to acknowledge the mistake and be accountable for. So to all those who have a Tesla watch out, these guys will not be responsible in any way of shape horrible just horrible. They know they have screwed up and they want me to remove the post before they pay me for damages, and when I refused, they’ve intimidated me by not paying what’s owed for the damages. Well I’m suing them and anyone wishes to join the lawsuit against these jokers, is welcome to contact me.
