Very poor car wash. I got “The Boost”. It left bugs all over my grill, my headlights, my hood, and some remained even on my windshield. You will not see me stopping here again.

I have been a regular customer for several years now and seen this store go through several Store Managers. I am thrilled to not only see the manager, Crystal, back at this store but as the new Store Manager! She is always so friendly and has always gone above and beyond for her customers. Great choice Dash In! I love coming in for breakfast in the morning now with the other Crystal cooking for me. I only purchase food when she is there. She always makes it with love. Sam and Karen always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome every time I visit.

I want to express my appreciation to Dash In for hiring great employees, Mr. Garvin J. specifically. I purchased fuel along with a car wash but left without taking the receipt w/ wash code. This was completely my oversight. Upon realizing my mistake I returned the next day to explain my error but Garvin J. was ready to assist me before I had finished. It may seem insignificant to some but it really made my morning that there are people like Garvin out there who simply want to help others. He saved me from a $10 mistake but more importantly taught me a priceless lesson on how to treat people with respect and support. Thank you sir!

I would conveniently shop at this store every single night if I could be greeted by staff like Kaniah. She should be made as the symbol of great customer service. Update, thank you to Jessica for always being friendly and helpful. She makes it easy to get in and out of the store while rushing to work! I stop here pretty much every morning and the manager is always courteous and polite and says hi to everyone who comes in. The staff is helpful and polite as well. Be sure to stop in here whenever you are passing through La Plata.

I stopped in one morning getting ready for a road trip with the family. We all wanted breakfast. What we needed/wanted was not premade, so I did an order at the kiosk. I was pleased with the care and compassion of the grill cook. Then was made welcome and taken care of by an incredibly kind cashier who made sure I had everything I needed and any available coupons. Highly recommend this location and the friendly staff!

Very clean and is one of the new Dash-ins, however, I specifically came here for the organic coffee. While I'm deciding, the young lady at the register says that they're all the same in every coffee dispenser. I asked, even in the organic dispensers and she hemmed & hawed, then said that she thought so. Needless to say, I won't be going to this Dash-in for coffee. I'm looking for organic, specifically! Do not advertise it on the dispensers, if that's not what it is.

Great service from great employees. Jesse, Luann, Shania, David, Joyce, they will all take care of you. Working on the pumps but should be up and running fully soon. Again some poor decisions by upper management but the employees are amazing!! Highly recommend going here and if you can get a reward card shell has the best rewards overall. 5 percent back per gallon with some restrictions..

WARNING Do not try to use your Giant/Shell Points at the location. Three times their machines have wiped out my points and another family member has had it happen multiple times too. Today, I put in my Alt ID, pump says I have 60 cents off from Giant. I put in my credit card. Pump says I have to pay inside. I go inside and the clerk says, “yeah, pump 5 is broken and won’t take credit cards. You have to pay inside.” I ask him if my points will still be honored.he says he doesn’t know and seems to not understand there even is a points system. So he tells me to go pump 4 and try again. I do and when I enter my Alt Id it shows I have no points. So, I go back inside and ask to speak to the manager. She says she works for DashIn not Shell or Giant and can’t do anything to help me. I asked, “Why don’t you have a sign on the pump that says the credit card won’t work so it doesn’t happen to anyone else as the clerk is fully aware it is not working correctly.” She again says she isn’t responsible because she didn’t know it wasn’t working. They are the only two people in the store. She says it is my responsibility to call Giant and ask them to give me my points back. I will use this in training about customer service. I pumped 16 gallons, so my savings would have been $9.60. No apology. No accepting responsibility for equipment not working. Has never happened to me in my decade or so at any other Shell but several times here. Go elsewhere.

I popped into Dash In to grab a quick bite and use the bathroom after getting gas, and ended up having a very positive experience. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Jacob, who happened to be the manager, and it was immediately clear why the store runs so smoothly. Everything was clean, well organized, and efficient—from the food area to the restrooms to the overall flow of the store. Jacob clearly takes pride in keeping things in order, and it shows. Due to his organization and attention to detail, everything runs seamlessly and you can tell issues rarely arise. Jacob was professional, approachable, and respectful, and he sets a strong example for his team. Dash In is lucky to have a manager like him, and he definitely elevated what could have been a quick stop into a standout visit. I’d recommend this location due to cleanliness but also because of him.
