Took my care to Dave cross motors in November of 2023 to have a timing chain replaced a job that I had started on but was to busy to finish these guys left the same worn grinded bolts in the timing chain which made it fail again and Dave now I know how you gave them information on Tracy dad in Texas service manager and I understand why it took you three months to do the job to interfere with my work.

It turns out the service manager I worked with, David, also lives in my neighborhood. When an unforeseen incident with a fallen tree took out the power to the dealership, David called me immediately to let me know my truck service might be delayed, even offering to stop by my house for a spare set of keys so he could at least start servicing my truck, even with the power out (my other set of keys were stuck in the dealership’s powered lockbox) Service just doesn’t get better than this!

Dave Cross service performed a difficult warranty repair. It took time, but it was over a holiday, and they provided an adequate loaner vehicle during the repair. So far the repair appears to fixed the problem. I'm more than happy with the service, as usual.

I took my car in for an inspection for front-end work. Firestone informed me that this is what is recommended since I had an alignment done by them. I dropped it off on 05/13/2025 and picked it up on 05/19/2025. I wasn't informed until the 15th of what was needed, and it would be ready by Friday, the 16th. I was without a car and the whole weekend(STUCK IN THE HOUSE)!! I even called on Saturday, the 24th, and was given rude vide by the lady who was on duty that day. I was asking about a loner, and she replied WE DON'T DO LONERS. I was so put done! I'm sure if you look at my record from day one, when I purchased my car from here, this is when I would take my car in for services. To be treated like this is inconsiderate!!!!! Plus, the total price with/ no discount!!! OMG!!!!
