Truck was damaged upon being towed, personal belongings were removed from the vehicle immediately. No one will do anything about the damaged steering or light that was busted. They laughed at the notion. This place is a joke.

Most all of my personal items were stolen / removed from my vehicle, cooler, tools , sunglasses, floor mat etc! Someone surely must have lucrative side business- stay away from this place!

Staff seems nice and caring but in fact they are incompetent and don't care about your property. Field staff is over worked, most of the time card batteries are dead and there is no organization the they way cars are displayed.

Ty, the title clerk has been amazing. We had an issue with a dealership that did not process a title correctly....which left a very angry and upset customer. Ty handled this with grace and got things straightened out for us. I can appreciate an employee who goes above and beyond for his customers! Thank you for the great service! The ladies have always been rude and act like nothing is ever their fault. Hannah and Tyler are the only ones that ever know what they're doing and actually talk to you with respect. Even still, I hope I never have to step foot in that place again.....

Great place to get a deal on vehicles. They serve food and beverages before the auction. I didn't try it but I heard it was good. Be prepared to show your driver's license and give social security number if you attend the auction.

CRAZY! This was so much fun and WOW @ the deals you can get... if you have cash on hand. They opened this to the public recently and it was great. ALL the staff were very pleasant so don't be afraid to ask questions.

Rude and slow, especially the parking lot girl that brings vehicles up front. Blonde and plain looking but didn't get a name. She didn't even say anything to me. It took her 20 minutes just to bring my Jeep up front.

The GM is a pretender. He leads you to believe he actually cares when his staff drops the ball, but then when it comes time to make things right, he acts like you never existed. He is over the top fake. The staff is completely third rate. I would recommend dealers stay away from these lazy, dishonest people.

Somewhat disgruntled 😕Staff was nice for the most part. I attended a public auction and was unsatisfied. I understand that they have three dealer auctions per month and one public auction. I find it extremely UNFAIR that dealers can attend the one public auction. In my experience, most of the winning bids were won by dealers...in person and dealers bidding online (ie Drivetime 😡got the car i waited anxiously for) Like really?? The public has to battle with dealers? NOT FAIR AT ALL! I can not tell these people how to run their business, but i definitely would like to send a suggestion for them to review this policy. I pray one day soon they will have an auction without dealers and TRULY for the public. But by then I would have found a vehicle elsewhere unfortunately. The search continues!!

The general manager Mike Drzayich is a first class manager! Upon being introduced to him he was very passionate about making sure me as a dealer was taking care of and i have never experienced that at any other Auction, he is very honest and all of the ladies in the front office are very professional and extremely knowledgeable, the staff that work on the lot are also very kind and helpful during auction days!! I highly recommend DAA of mobile! Make sure you meet the General manager he is awesome!! Thank me later😎
