I had a really solid experience at Apex Tire and Auto. I stopped by for some routine maintenance, and honestly, these guys were great. Super friendly, didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense (which is rare at auto shops). They got the work done pretty quickly and the price was fair—no surprises, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and chill, so hanging out while they worked on my car wasn’t a hassle. Overall, it’s a trustworthy place with good people who know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be going back next time I need something done.

Last week I brought my SUV into Apex to resolve a problem that developed during a recent heavy downpour that caused water to pond in a low spot. After hitting this water at around 25 mph, I feared it flooded the engine compartment. Shortly after I found the engine running roughly with hesitating acceleration, AND a flashing engine light. Not knowing the specifics, I drove the very short distance to Apex Tire & Auto and spoke to Braulio. He explained that the best way to thoroughly figure out what was going on was to have a complete diagnostics done ($159.99). I agreed this was probably the best way to proceed. That ended up being the right choice as it identified the problem, a broken elbow attaching the hose to the air intake assembly. Entire unit was replaced. Diagnostics showed the need for an alignment, which was completed. What impressed me was the attention to detail. Every point of needed attention was shown with text AND pictures! Though the air intake assembly had to be ordered, which meant I’d be without the SUV for many days, I was given a ride back to my residence, and when it was time to pick up my vehicle, Ryan, the Manager, personally drove my vehicle back to me so I could then return and pay for the services. That’s just outstanding service! Period! My Kia dealership stopped going to Bonita Springs for complimentary shuttle service saying I was just out of their range and I’d have to provide my own way to get back and forth. You can probably guess where I’m going to go for my service needs! Thanks guys!!

They were really busy but Braulio Paz the service advisor stopped what he was doing and took care of me. 20 minutes later I was on my way. All of the staff were nice young guys. The manager, Ryan Belcastro, overcharged me because he did not want to fill out a form to raise the hourly rate with my warranty company. Ryan was in the system for $139 per hour, he wanted $188 per hour. The warranty company (Endurance) was willing to raise the rate with the proper rate increase form submitted, Ryan refused and figured it was easier to just charge me the difference. I ended up with $610 dollars out of pocket when it should have been $0. Ryan also tried to seek in several up-charges that were not necessary. I am shock Apex Tire & Auto would treat a customer in such an outrageous way. I am now forced to take this to small claims court. UPDATE: APEX TIRE & AUTO NEVER LOOKED INTO IT AND NEVER CONTACTED ME.

I broke the rear springs on my 2018 Odyssey on a trip south to Florida. I was told the parts would cost $380. I was not quoted a labor price. When I picked the van up the repairs totaled $937. I was told I was emailed an estimate, that was not true. Another mechanic told me the labor should take 1 1/2 hours according to the book. Apex said they didn't go by the book and charged $470 dollars for the labor. I was totally ripped off and suggest to anyone reading this not to do business with Apex

I had a screw in my tire and have a platinum service with my Lincoln novels. It seems the company put the manager through the wringer, trying to get them to pay for it! What’s the young fella who originally thought he was just going to fix it it Went above and beyond helping me to figure out my contract and the coverage. I wanted to tip him, but he wasn’t there the next day. I didn’t get his name, but he was tall with Curly blonde hair, but short cut. It would be great if you could give him kudos for me. They didn’t release the car the next day until they got paid, but they chatted and brought me water as we waited for the stupid company!

Came in to get my oil changed on my 2018 BMW X5 what was meant for an easy oil change turned into a nit picking of my car and leaking oil about a quart every 3 days in my garage no , was not an issue before I brought it here One of the techichians suggested a solution but the manager Ryan Belcastro only said hey could replace the whole oil pan. So to the owner I had it taken and paid to have it re thread today , as well as having to refill it with oil because they had to empty it. You cant believe what these people have to say they are only trying to cover themselves for the elderly community. I want a refund on my oil change. $140 won't even charge u tax

Oil change done by irresponsible under capable unqualified service manager Ryan Belcastro…. My vehicle is an MX5 Xdrive (4x4).2018. Car sat on the lift for over an hour they were flabbergasted due to stripping my threads on the oil pan bolt by over tightening it. If you are certified mechanic with proper experience you would know that BMW engines have specs including a proper torque differential for this procedure. After a smoke and mirror show of convincing me my vehicle was a pos and I needed to replace it with something newer and a drill about tires and rubbish. He then proceeded to point out his X5 he just bought parked in the parking lot comparing it to mine his as the flagship model of all x5s and mine being an obvious pos. Gave me a 1500$ two rear tire quote and sent me on my way. Get the truck home to my garage wake up in the morning to an oil slick leak on my garage floor massive amount of oil on the floor. First thing Monday morning I head over to Apex upon arrival That Buddy Ryan Bel Castro tells me nope can’t do anything to rectify it maybe a new oil pan but I can’t even look back at the work we did here to solidify any affirmative action plan. I left and took the car to a bimmer technician where they confirmed AN IMPROPER BOLT AND WASHER WAS INSTALLED ON MY X5. By Ryan Belcastro service manager at Apex. After draining all the Oil at the certified bimmer technician we were able to remedy the leak by installing a Proper plug with the correct torque setting. Apex is fueled by an uncompromising amount of under qualified unaccountable individuals with no tact or integrity which are also lacking the basic common decency to even attempt to fix a mechanical failure to a high end drive train that could have been completely prevented by an experienced mechanic. Do better men at Apex especially you Ryan Belcastro. Do better for America. Have pride Good money is easy to make when you have integrity and pride in your work. I’ll put this horror story on gulfcoast news report you to the BBB and wink plus help me Howard if I have to you will rectify this issue with me.
