Use to be a great place to wash my truck. As of the last couple years. They no longer accept cash only credit card. I pulled in the other day and asked if I paid them directly if she could turn the bay on. I wasn't asking for any free time. The way this gal responded was less than polite. The staff has really gone downhill. They went from friendly and helpful to them trying to shoo you out of there as quickly as they can.

i come here at least twice a week. i vacuum my car and use the self wash bay so that i can get my mats and tires extra clean. then i drive through the wash. i easily spend 40 dollars a week at this car wash. i was approached this morning by maintenance, as i was actively cleaning my car. 6:30 am, nobody around and i figured that if somebody needed to use the self wash bay that i would gladly move. there was nobody else here. several other wash bays open. the maintanence man approached me and very sharply told me there's no free parking and i either have to pay or leave. i was clearly in the middle of washing my car, and had my mats laid out to wash. i was confused. i told him i wash my car here all the time and there was never any issues with me wiping down my windows beforehand. he rolled his eyes and told me that i was there for a long time and he needed to clean the bay. i was there for barely ten minutes. if he had needed me to move, i would have obviously said yes and gotten out of his way. instead he decided to approach me and act that way. like i said, i have ocd and deep clean my car at least eight times a month. that's a lot of money that i spend to keep my car clean at this location. i regret giving so much money to them if that's how they treat longtime PAYING customers. i'm not going to come back out the 30 minute drive it takes to get to this place. if you actually like cleaning your car at a place meant for cleaning cars, don't come here. edit to add that i'm a minority, so go figure i get treated that way and get accused of not paying for services lmao. apparently this was the manager. really sad way to treat the people who pay a lot of money for your services. manager also complained that i "only used the 9 dollar wash" after he treated me like i was loitering. not only is that a blatant lie, because i used the 12 dollar wash despite how he treated me, but he clearly doesn't appreciate his customers unless they pay for the super expensive washes. maybe this place doesn't like minorities, or maybe they just don't like people who can't afford a 20 dollar wash- who knows? either way, this type of management does not deserve your hard earned money that you make by working your butt off. i'm in the healthcare field, and i earn my money. too bad i spent so much of it at this place over the last 2 years. manager claims that there's footage of me not paying and loitering. the footage must show me vacuuming my car out (which i paid for) and pulling into the wash bay to wash my mats. look in the footage for the silver impala that goes there all the time and the driver that spends a lot of money because he likes a clean car. imagine going to a restaurant and having the manager accuse you of not paying before they even get your food to the table. unbelievable. thank god other car washes exist. find one that has staff and management that appreciate your business and don't treat you like a common thief. shown are my bank statements since january of 2025 where it adds up to $202.25 that i have given this business. shame.

Very good car wash spot. The touch-less car wash is a great feature if you are worried about scratches from traditional car washes. Just like most of touch-less car washes, sometimes not all the dirt comes off. However after I noticed this I reached out to the company and they offered me a free rewash, which showed their company’s dedication to their clients! The service and staff are without a doubt helpful. Definitely recommend. Only reason for 4/5 stars is that it took multiple washes to clean a dirty car - however this is a small detail when considering their commitment to service and customer support!

well, I did have a five star review and otherwise love this car wash. It has the best self serve wash around, and it's always clean and quiet. BUT the other night I came to vacuum and spray off my rugs after my dog got sick in the car. Tomorrow will be day four since my visit and the wash is holding money on my card still. There is a hold from the vacuums and a hold from the self serve stall. Grand total I spend a bit over three dollars at the vacuum and eight dollars in the stall with the sprayer. I have a 20 dollar hold for the wash, and 5 more from the vacuum ON TOP of the payments I made for the service, which have both already cleared and were cleared and paid that same night. Thus making my dog accidentnearly 40 bucks that I've been out ever since that night. There's no reason to place a hold like this and keep it there for this long, especially when the payment cleared long ago. Especially during a week when holiday shopping is taking place. We have the bank technology to instantly make these things work, and holding money when you've been paid is wrong. How much interest does a place gain for every transaction this happens with when we are talking four days of keeping money like that? Don't tell me it's my institution because gas station holds clear by the end of the night or sooner. This is not cool.

I highly recommend not going to this car wash if you have a full size truck. It would not wash my Tundra. Once the arm of the Washington touch the truck it errored out and kicked me out. There is no attendant, no way to get a refund and left my truck half soaped up. Much better car washes in town without having to deal with the hassles.

Pretty sweet. My car was cleaned well with the drive thru washer and was able to vacuum my car. Space there is kinda small, but it's one of the better automatic car washing places I've found that don't make me as nervous to give my money to.

I went on on Saturday before my sons memorial ride & the thing quit working halfway through the wash. Ok I get mechanical. But there is nobody there or a proper phone number anywhere online or with the business registry either. Infact they show inactive. I DO NOT do business with business' not carry a phone number to contact. When did this become a thing ? Would have been fine if they allow u to contact them & make it right

Sadly the only touchless wash in town is a waste. This photo was taken right after I went through. Looks like it wasn’t washed at all. Waste of money. ETA: In response to their response. My car isn’t that dirty. This is just normal driving around town for a week with rain. Shouldn’t need a clean car to make your carwash work. What’s the point?

Very happy with the options available in the self-wash section. Can clean my car better than the touchless wash in less time. I will note however that the self-service wash always charges me the full $15 even if the meter says otherwise. Not sure why that is I know I hit stop every time. Would be a 5/5 if I wasn't charged the full amount each time. Otherwise great service and system.

I used my bank ard for the vaccuum and was nervous. My car was pretty clean just a few leaves. So I was wanting to do about 1 minute! Which i did. I just got the total in my bank and they charged me $5.00!! For 1 minute?? U have got to be kidding me.. not again.. no!! Rip off..😡 They did it again!! They ut the money back when I made the last review. I decided to try it again today. They charged me $5 again. For 1 min!! That is stealing!! Why. I've got to quot. I love the touchless car wash but they are ripping people off on the vaccuum. 1 min $5??? NO😡😡I feel dumb to trust this again.. 😭😭😭

I’ve been coming to Delta Car Wash (Wonderwash) for years; first as a kid with my mom and for the past 13 years as an adult. The biggest thing that stands out about this place is the top-notch customer service. Yesterday, I had a minor issue, and even though part of it was my fault for not paying attention, they resolved it immediately beyond what I asked for. When I called, I got a text back within five minutes!!that kind of quick and attentive service is hard to find these days. It’s rare to find a business that consistently provides great service over the years, but Delta Car Wash does exactly that. I highly recommend them!

I just came in there this morning 9/4/25 and I was excited to get my car washed! Well I am not happy with the wash and it broke my rain guard on my passenger side. I never got my receipt when I clicked yes there was soap still on my car at end of the wash. I’d like a refund and a new rain guard
