Upselling and Inflated Charges - STAY AWAY!** I am writing this review to warn others about my deeply disappointing and unethical experience. I brought my truck in for a specific service on a control arm, and instead of honest service, I was met with nothing but deceit. The manager conducted an "inspection" and immediately tried to pressure me into replacing parts that were in perfectly good condition. It was a transparent attempt to upsell unnecessary work. The dishonesty didn't stop there. I was charged for **THREE HOURS** of labor for a job that only took them one hour to complete. This is outright theft. The most shocking part was while I waited, I had to listen to this same manager use the exact same scripted lies on other customers. I heard him tell five different people that they needed "bad struts," quoting each one thousands of dollars for work they almost certainly didn't need. This place is a scam. They will rip you off without a second thought. Be prepared for estimates that are even higher than dealership prices and labor charges that are completely fabricated. Save your money and your sanity. Avoid this place at all costs.

I used to live around the block of this DELTA WORLD TIRE location in Kenner for over 5 years so this was my must go to for car weel alignment and some other repairs, They always reached my expectations all the time, but then I moved out of Kenner 3 years ago, that forced me to give a try to Firestone and after them to Chabill's 😵😵‍💫🫤🥴 non of them satisfied my expectations on car wheels alignment, it was extremely disappointing to see how my cars tires got uneven ware and damaged for BAD wheel alignment after Firestone service. So i decided to go to Chabill's, 25 days after performing wheel alignment i went back cause my car was pulling to the right, they told me they DON'T gave me any guarantee on the alignment because I have aftermarket suspension components (Coilovers and adjustable rear control arms) and they denied to re-done the alignment. So I told myself: why am I wasting my energies, time and money dealing with unefficient people like Chabill's if I know from long time ago, where to go to get a super PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIBLE, and FLAWLESS service ??? 🤔😶🫤 So one week after, I went back to DELTA WORLD TIRES Kenner to find out they renewed their system a few years ago, New personal, new administration but still the same high quality wheels alignment service 😎👍🏻👌🏻💪🏻 first i drove my 2015 Honda Accord and it came out FLAWLESSLY, one week after I took my daughter's 2010 Honda Fit, same thing it came out driving 🚗 spectacular, so in a few weeks I'll take my Honda Element for the same service, I know it will be fine 🙂 Thanks to all the personal and Technicians doing and performing your profession with passion and care, I am a custumer that appreciates your effort 🙏🏻💪🏻👍🏻😎 keep up the good job !!! Called concerning slow leak in left rear tire. Spoke to Ace and he told me if I come in now they could get right on it… if repairable cost would be $25 to $30. Long story short, after meeting Ace and signing in, started work on tire, done 30 minutes later $27.49. In addition, I have known my vehicle is due for a new set of tires. Ace took time to provide me with written all in price of two different grades of tires. Physically showed me and explained warranty on each tire. Will be getting new tires at Delta before end of year. Prompt, polite, efficient service…..thank you

Delta World helped us out big time today! I had a tire sidewall puncture with no spare available, and had to limp to a nearby tire shop. I called a Delta World location near me looking for the rare size tire that I have, and they were able to locate a tire at another nearby location. I was able to pay for the tire through a link and have the tire picked up by a third party and delivered to my location in time to have it installed at the end of the day, on a holiday weekend. They saved us a large tow bill and our weekend trip!

I have had may vehicles and been to many shops, but never have I ever had such a good experience. Service advisor and manager were both SUPER friendly and informative. While I will say they are not the cheapest, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! I have paid more for very crappy work, but this shop by far exceeded expectations! Will be back and refer everyone I can!!!

Huge shoutout to Mitch and his team at Delta World Tire for coming through for me when I was in a bind. They were fast, professional, and genuinely went out of their way to help me get back on the road with zero stress. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which goes a long way. That said, the Delta World Tire shop on Broad St. in New Orleans is still my number one — they’ve always set the bar for me. But Mitch and his crew absolutely held it down and earned my respect. Highly recommend if you need reliable help when it really matters!

Would book it a 0 if I could. Do not go to this place if you want to be robbed! I literally left feeling so taken advantage of. The price and what I was charge was over the amount of the services that were provided. $500 for a battery change and almost $900 for a hose change (piece of PLASTIC), coolant flush, and a thermostat housing change. Should've just brought it to the dealership to pay that much. Come on now, the internet is not going to agree on this. Not loyal to repeat customer. Poor guys cause I referred a lot of business to them, not anymore. Go here if you are okay with spending a minimum of $500. Reporting this to corporate.
