OMG!! If I could give them 10 stars I would! They did an awesome job on my 2005 Cadillac CTS! I was in a fender bender a couple weeks ago and my front passenger fender was damaged pretty badly... body shop quoted me 1,194.53...i was told by a friend of mine Dent Ambulance was the best in Gastonia and so I was skeptical at first until I called and got a quote about the price to fix my damage and when I tell you they did a awesome job for more than half the price... i’m not gonna tell you what they charged me but nevertheless it’s been a awesome day!! They were professional, courteous, polite and very customer oriented! They even took me home once so dropped by car off! This is the place to go!! You won’t be disappointed! I have uploaded before and after pics!

I took my vehicle there for three large dents to be pushed out talked with a man who I thought was the owner. We agreed on a price he said my car would be ready in a couple hours. I called they said ready by the close of the day just come and pick it up. When I arrived he told me was going to order a finder because it was going to be had to get the dents out. I called back for two weeks he said he didn't find a finder that they would fix the one that was on it but I would have to leave it the for 2 days so they could paint it also. When I took it back I asked would he be able to secure the front bumper back on it because it was not damaged when I brought them the car the first time I also showed him a dent that they put on the hood right above the finder. He got to yelling get out your trying to get something for nothing im not fixing it. So then a women came out a said she was the owner and would make it right. I told her that there is no way I would leave my car with them for 2 days with his attitude and get it back not knowing what other damage would done. I showed her before and after pictures glad I had them. So be aware that they don't complete their work and your car my have EXTRA damage to it when you get it back.

I don’t review often but I felt this was cause worthy… Went to the shop, showed my truck and the guy said they could do it. However, he’d have to drop my bumper. When I got home I realized that there were scratches across my bumper that wasn’t there when I dropped off the truck. It literally looks like my bumper was laid on the ground and pulled. Then I was told it would take 4 hours, turned out being 7. Reasonable price however for dropping the bumper, using a heat gun and getting the dent out, however it looks hammered and spray painted, I won’t be using again. I have to take my truck to another company that’s going to fix the job(take bumper, fix mistakes, paint bumper, put it back on) for less than the price of what they did for it. . Guess it’s my fault for going the easy and what I thought would be cheap, route.

I took my truck to them and to fix the dents the drilled holes in the back side of my fender instead of just opening the hood to access the dent in the fender and it was just a small hole it was a good 2 inch hole that looked like a hack job and at that there was 3 of them side by side. And then I had a couple small pings in my bed of my truck they did the same thing with drilling 3 large holes. And the sad part was they couldn’t even put a rubber grommet so rust didn’t start. Non the less I sold the truck

They did an amazing job with my car. I hydroplaned a couple Sunday's ago and the front of my car was messed up. I took it to them to get an estimate and we agreed on the price. Customer service was great. The price was affordable and fair. They were very patient and kind. It didn't take to long for them to call me back and tell me that it was ready. I was very satisfied with the work completed on my truck. I had a sizable dent on the rear side next to the wheel well with a sharp crease and I was very concerned about the look after the repair. It looks like new now. Plus the owners are nice and friendly. Reasonable price, no BS. Please see my photos below showing before and after conditions
