Stopped in to get the windows on my vehicle tinted. Customer service is great and friendly; service was faster than anticipated and they called to let me know they were finished. Update: I purchased a new truck and again, had to bring it to Mac’s. Made an appointment, great communication and my original review is still true. I would definitely recommend this shop. Great shop that tells you what they’re going to do and does it well. Everyone is very friendly and explains everything well. If you’re looking for a great shop, you would be crazy not to go here.

Disclaimer: I am very picky when it comes to whom ever I choose to do any work to my car! I did my due diligence when it came to finding and choosing the right team for applying my tint. Not tooting my own horn but I really knocked it out of the park when I chose Mac’s. The young lady at the counter was bursting with personality and the guys in the back went above and beyond to appease. I actually found a small blemish in the tint in my back window a few days after and not only was it replaced but it was prompt and on my schedule. Anytime I feel I’m out of my league with a modification, Macs is the first place I call!! Looking forward to my next phase of mods just to observe their creativity and enjoy the craftsmanship for many years to come!! Thanks guys and gal!!

Just had our new radio installed in our 2009 Honda Civic (which needs a lot of work) and honestly I’m impressed. Brittney was beyond sweet. Great customer service and my boyfriend loved his radio so much. We are trying to restore this Honda since it’s paid off and our new radio makes a world of difference. Went to have parking sensors installed on my Dodge Challenger. It was a first edition ‘08 model. Wasn’t sure if it was even offered. Macs was recommended. They said “sure!! No problem. We do it all the time”. Well - to say the least - I was EXTREMELY pleased. The installation was quick. Painting them to match body color - work is amazing. Initially they kept going off for no reason. Returned and Macs fixed whatever the issue was and they WORK LIKE A CHARM!! Macs stands behind their work and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them. Got after market radio uninstall went back to the factory. That same day before I left couldn't pick up any radio stations they left the antenna unplugged. This has been months when I had this done don't drive the car that often. Was driving the car last week I couldn't change the driving modes. Talk with someone there they told me I should have came back to them. I would never have thought what was going on had to do with them changing the radio out. With that being said I took it to the dealership. Come to find out the left a main power source unplugged that control those function. It was working before I brought it in. Own up to your people wrong doing.

I appreciate Mac’s for taking care of my alignment each time I make suspension modifications or adjustments. They get the alignment within spec, drive straight, and they torque the UCA cam bolts back down to spec (unlike a couple shops I have been to in the past) so they don’t shift and throw the alignment back out. Highly recommend!
