Came in to mount some new tires and get a alignment on my vehicle that was not pulling or had issue with steering wheel off center and well after 3 botched attempts to correctly align my vehicle mechanic gave up and had to drive to a other shop with vehicle pulling heavy and steering wheel of center and the cherry on top they left interior full of greas everywhere... came back for refund and was informed there mechanic had quit!

I have been to this shop numerous times and have spent a lot of money here. I came here today to get a tire I stood at the garage door for ten mins and no mechanic asked me what service did I need. It was two mechanics there working on one truck and all they needed was two tires. Horrible since all the other people have quit or been fired. I went to sit in my car for an additional amount of time to see if they would come to car and ask me what service did I need still no help. This place is a joke now.

My husband took my car to this place for a tire alignment and to be greased and they charged for both and did not even grease the car and then said oh well they would rerun that portion of the money to our card. The lady is rude and now my car shimmies at 35 mph horribly and the steering wheel sits to the left when the wheels are straight and also my car is now pulling to the right. Trust me, you do not want to deal with these people. When I got mad because she was rude to me after I apologized for venting to her she screamed at me and told me I had 2 choices that I could either bring it back to the person that worked on it because she insisted that he did it right even though she was not out there and then told me or I could “go someplace else”. i mean I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t safe it was shimming so badly but she did not care she was determined to talk trash to me and told me that I was hard to work with. So no I won’t be taking my car back there for the person to make it worse and for them to find another reason to charge me again. I will do exactly what she said and I will take my car to a shop that is professional and cares about their customers as well as their quality.

I had called before I took my car up there and was told that they would drive the car and put it up on the rack to see what was wrong with it and that they don't just use the tool that gives you a code but they do a thorough check. Well I get there early and I'm waiting and no one is there to open the shop at 9a and another customer pulls up. When someone does show up he starts helping the gentleman that came after me 1st...they drive his car and was looking at whatever they thought his problem was. Finally someone comes to greet me and I explain what my issue is only for him to put the machine on my car that says there are no codes so he can't diagnose it and to keep driving it to get some sort of code. If he had of at least driven it I'm sure he would of experienced what I was trying to tell him was wrong. They may do good work. I'm not sure... but this was my experience

Horrible, don't go here! They raised the price on the parts I needed 3 times in a weeks time. They will steal every dime they can from you. The mechanic pulled and cut the wrong o2 sensor in our car. Plus rounded it off where it was hard for the new mechanic to get out. They don't know what there doing up there. I'd give zero stars if possible. I feel they owe me money for the mess up of there mechanic. $120.00 more to replace the part he messed up. Poor customer service. I wished I'd read the reviews before going here.

UPDATE: SO, I HAD TO TAKE THE SONIC BACK UP TO WAYCASTERS RIGHT AFTER THIS REVIEW WAS LEFT. THEY HAD TO REPLACE ALL THE PARTS THEY REPAIRED MY SONIC WITH AND THE DAY I Left THERE IT STARTED ACTING FUNNY AND SPUTTERING. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I PUT OVER 600$ IN THIS CAR. WHEN I CALLED THE 2ND TIME THE GUY LAUGHED AND SAID I HOPE MY MECHANIC DIDN'T FORGET SOMETHING! THAT MADE ME EXTREMELY NERVOUS, HE WARRANTIED THE PARTS. SO THEN I TOOK IT BACK BECAUSE IT JUST WASN'T ACTING RIGHT. LEFT THERE STILL UNSURE. THE VERY NEXT DAY( I MEAN THE VERY NEXT DAY) WHEN I STARTED THE CAR IT WAS SHAKING... THEN SMOKE STARTED POURING OUT THE BACK. THE CAR SOUNDS HORRIBLE AND IT HASN'T BEEN DRIVEN SINCE THE DAY I BROUGHT IT HOME. I ONLY OWE 1736,00 AND IT'S PAID OFF. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WHILE I WAS THERE BUT THE CAR IS UNDRIVABLE. I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH MARKS GARAGE. IM SORRY BECAUSE I REALLY LIED YOU GUYS. WHEN YOU TELL A CUSTOMER AFTER YOUR MECHANIC WORKED ON THEIR CAR THAT THEY HOPE HE DIDN'T LEAVE SOMETHING OFF. I HAVE GIVEN NOTHING BUT PRAISE TO WAYCASTERS, HOWEVER I CAN'T DO THAT AGAIN. I have always used another garage but because they were so busy one day I found Waycasters. I believe I have found a new auto service center. Thank you guys for fixing my Scion and the my Chevy Sonic..Hope the kids had fun trick o treating. I have visited again since the last time and was still a pleasure.

Had two past visits for oil changes that went great. On my last visit at the end of February I went in for new front and rear brakes. I paid over $300 for the front and rear brakes to be changed along with an oil change. When I left I was still hearing slight occasional squeaks and some grinding while I was breaking. Then I started to get shaking in the steering wheel and pedal while I was braking. I took it back to have Waycaster to take a look at it. They told me I needed new brakes and rotors not even a full month after getting new brakes from them. And now they wanted me to pay over $400 for this service. I’m no car expert, but I feel like I should have been made aware of the rotors on the first visit. I would definitely be weary of their business practices if you decide to take your car here for service.

Called first told them I have a lifted 98 tahoe and that I needed to get an alignment done guy said no problem we can do it they definitely took my money but my truck was not aligned at all im a mechanic just don't have an alignment machine the guy acted like he did some thing to it but did not so $88.00 I donated to this place for nothing will not be going back if you have a 4x4 stay away from this place im including pics of there great work the pic of the screen is what the guy here showed me yes I took a picture and the photo of the paper is where I took it to actually be fixed and it was $38.00 cheaper will not be back this place should be shut down my next thing is to contact the better business bureau

Bought a used tire there with what appeared to be good tread. 1 week after I was back because the same tire had a leak. Plugged the tire. But, every day after, the tire pressure in the same time kept decreasing. Then after multiple times adding air to it, I just bought new tires. Sigh.
