Yesterday I called Hart's Automotive Service around 2:30 PM. I asked what time they closed and he said normally around 1:30. When I told him my problem, he said to call him if I didn't find anyone that could inspect my car. I had been out of town all weekend and thought I could get my car inspected anywhere in NC. I called one other person and they were closed as well. Mr. Hart called me back and said if I could be over there within 45 minutes he would get my car inspected for me. What a wonderful experience, a very nice man. It's good to find someone that is honest. I choose him due to the fantastic comments comments that he had received from other clients. I am going back on Friday for them to change my oil. I think that I have found my mechanic while I am in Gastonia. Thank you so much for your help.

The customer service was exceptional. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood what they were talking about. Even helped me as far as looking up and trying to get a part for my daughter's car cheaper that was not even the car they were working on. She lives 3 hours from here but they were willing to help me not only get the correct part but at a cheaper price and have it shipped to her, she's a college student! I would recommend them 💯

I've been going to Hart's Automotive for years because they are so responsive, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I trust them completely. Years back, I thought I needed new brakes and I recommended they replace them when I took my car to them for an oil change. They didn't. They said my brakes were fine and didn't need replacing! I am still driving with those brakes. Another time, the Honda dealership wanted to charge me $800 to replace a switch on my driver's side window. Hart's charged me around $200. I had problems starting my car last week and if they had been somebody else, they could have sold me a new alternator and starter and maybe even a fuel pump because I don't know much about cars. Instead, Jimmy Hart ran tests and concluded it was my battery still under warranty. They have been around forever and I think they service all of the USPS vehicles in the area. Can't say enough good stuff about them.

Hart's Automotive Service is outstanding ! I could list many reasons why I am so pleased with them, but the most important is being able to have complete confidence and trust in their work . Jimmy Hart is someone I hold great respect for and I never have to question his knowledge or advice.
