Well we were not happy because we waited in a line of 3 people for 2 customer assistant. All we needed to do was turn in our battery for the 18.00 core charge. Then another set of customers come in who clearly knew the gentleman that helped him. Honestly after the rest of us had stood there for 30 minutes "no lie" the cashier waited on the 1 he knew and then the customer didn't even purchase a thing!! So c'mon, you can do better.

I received the best customer service I have ever had with Bryan Doyle. I arrived to this autozone early in the morning for a battery issue with my car.I had previously had two other locations tell me my battery was bad. At first I thought I just needed a battery it wasn’t until Bryan Doyle helped me clear off the corrosion on my battery which he was extremely patient and diligent in fixing my battery which in turn saved me money. We found out that my battery was in good health and I just needed that cleaning. His integrity, patience, and customer service overall was phenomenal. The store was quite busy and he was helping another customer with a battery issue and still handled my problem with excellent time management. I will make sure to always come to this location and know I can trust the information and I’m receiving the utmost customer support. Thank you!!

So I came in to pick up parts for a friend in good spirits to only hear a lady say tell them there parts are here to stop calling as the phones kept ringing. I understand her frustration but it's better they call than show up raising Kane if u know what I mean. My point for this post is to remind people that customers can hear you. And the fact that I called earlier made me think how rude. I only have this review a 5* because there is a gentleman I believe named tim dark skin complexion an wears glasses is always busy. But always ask after helping whomever is someone helping you. Kind everytime I come to store So I am giving his service 5***** stars and I hope the company realizes just how valuable he is. The checkout person was kind as well but looked a little embarrassed 😳 or uncomfortable as the young lady ran her mouth as he searched for my parts. Listen if u don't like your job leave or learn to pretend too. And remember it's always someone that'll be glad to replace you. Everything and one is replaceable. Then on Nov 4 came in for something simple just needed a person to come an ensure I was getting right part. The gentleman tim I believe was trying to get clearance on another customer order. Someone finally came after random conversations I heard I'm back ten minutes later. Caused my already delayed appointment to be extremely delayed. Not his fault someone named jerrell or something similar I overheard just took his time. I'm only leaving my stars at 4 because tim provided excellent assistance as usual. He's always friendly,kind, and respectful Everytime I visit. If you ask me he should have the title of trainer customer service somewhere because he's awesome.

Wonderful experience, the two associates who helped me were so friendly and personable. I came in with a check engine light that had just come on a hour prior. They were able to tell me that it was the mass airflow sensor and quoted me multiple options. Jamal was amazing, he recommended trying to clean the sensor first and even gave me an extra can of MAF cleaner that he had in his car. I tried his advice and the next day the light was off :) They saved me from a $100+ repair for FREE. Great experience.

Came in this location yesterday told the guy behind the counter I needed to change the oil in my truck and I needed brakes and I explained to him he could give me the filter number, but I still wasn’t going to know how to find it in the store I finally got him to help me get the filter. Then when I walked over to the oil, it was sold out on the shelf. I asked him if they kept any in the back he continued to do what he was doing and would not help me any further, so what I did have in my hands that I was going to purchase I took back and put on the shelf and walked out the door.. went today and spent my $150 elsewhere.

Don't give anybody a job up here they'll tell you they have Your Parts let you pay for them and drive all the way up here and you get here they say they don't have them that you got to drive to the other side of town I give them a half a star when they had the better break here so I didn't have to drive to the other side of town to pick up some brakes that they said that they had very poor management I wouldn't recommend anyone buying parts up here
