This place has changed ownership, and unfortunately, it’s not the reliable shop it used to be. Disregard any older reviews. They quoted me over $2,000 for several repairs, claiming multiple components were leaking. Pressed for time due to an upcoming work-related road trip, I opted to address one issue for $400—replacing a portion of the hosing they said was leaking and cleaning the supposedly leaking oils. A few weeks later, with more time to research, I found a reputable shop that replaced the pump that had failed (original reason I went to the shop) for just $370—work this place had quoted at $900. When I asked the new shop to check the hosing that I hadn't had replaced (that this place quoted me $2000 for), they confirmed there were no leaks at all. I can’t shake the feeling that I was scammed here. Edit: I reached out to them and got no reply lol Edit 2: About a month has passed since the initial review and CC dispute, and he called me today. He acted like I was an idiot for replacing the hoses they told me to replace, claiming he knew that wouldn't solve the problem?? Then in a nasty tone told me I'm not getting a refund from the CC dispute and hung up. Wild stuff

I trust Dewayne's. I had an issue with my car, so I brought it to them on a buddy's recommendation. Rather than just fix it and take my money, they let me know the issue was indirectly caused by a recall and I could get it fixed for free at a dealer, or they could fix it now but it would cost a good bit. Since then I've brought my car to them for everything. They do great work, they are fast, and they communicate with you. You get a call or a text from a real person, and they follow through with what they say. The car is ready when they say it will be and there are no surprises. Fair prices, great work, truatworthy. I highly recommend.

Dwayne's has always been my must-go to for car issues. You just can't beat the service you'll receive. Dwayne personally comes out from the shop to greet me with a smile. That type of service just doesn't hardly exist anymore. The honesty and willingness to help is most appreciated. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Had an appointment to change the upper ball joints on my 2003 Escalade. It’s a simple job, and as the son of a car mechanic with 45 years of experience I know what should cost what. These “family owned” and “honest” folks quoted me $870 for that. Some of that quote was alignment. Really? That job normally costs $200. Was the alignment work $600? Total scam. Went to a Mexican owned shop and got it done for $80 total. Go figure. Having a mark up because your building and office are nice, is okay, but not a x10 markup.

I took my truck to Dewayne 's Precision Automotive on Monday December 22, 2025 for repairs. My appointment was at 8am. I was there for approximately two hours. I love the family atmosphere, and professionalism of the staff. Natalie is great in trying to schedule your vehicle in for repairs. I like the follow-up in regards to the repairs. It is good to know the price of the work before they start on your vehicle. I would recommend Dewayne's services to a nyone. Thank you for keeping my old Toyota running.

Recommended to me by Jon of Jon’s EZ Lube after they closed down shop (🪦 😢). We trusted Jon after he saved us hundreds off of what the dealership service department quoted us. He could have easily made some money off of us and still offered a lower quote, we would never have known. It was sad to see such an honest businessman retire, but he recommended Dewayne’s. They had me in and out the door in 15 minutes for my state inspection. Everyone I’ve encountered is pleasant and the classic country music took me back to my childhood in a small town. This place feels like the world before it went crazy.

I’ve been doing business here for 23 years. Doug the former owner and now Dewayne, the current owner have always taken care of my vehicle issues. Trustworthy, fair, provide options if needed and just great down to earth people. I’ve sent my mother, my brother, and even my ex-wife to Dewayne’s for auto repairs. That should say it all about these amazing folks. I won’t go anywhere else for vehicle maintenance ever! Occasionally, you may even get a brisket sandwich when you visit, I know I did!!
